My wife ordered these and she said she thinks they are good. It is hard to tell because she is taking other vitamins at the same time but I guess it doesn't hurt to be taking them.

These supplements contain helpful ingredients for menopause symptoms. I just started taking it and noticed nothing so far. It can take up to three months to see results. I will update my review if anything changes. But these should be helpful in alleviating menopause symptoms like hot flashes, bloat and moodiness.

I had some relief from this but not much. Everyone is different though it could help someone else a lot more. I followed directions and took the whole bottle. Some relieve is good though!!!

Can't really tell if they are helping or not. Have been taking for 2 weeks and I still have hot flashes. May have slowed down slightly but not a huge improvement. Ok if you want to stay organic. Will give them a few more weeks and see.

I am going through menopause, so I have started taking Estroven to make things easier. I wanted to try a supplement that was less expensive but had the same ingredients and decided to try this. Note, while it is 49.00 you get a large supply which is helpful. There is no taste, and these are easily swallowed with water.So far so good, all the ingredients are healthful, and similar to what I take already. I like it.
