Great Resource for Therapists and Clients for Skills you can use Right Now for effective change.
It is difficult to find neurodivergent friendly DBT/CBT easy to use skills in the moment resources. Well this is a must have workbook in your individual or group practice. This workbook has six additional chapters on strategies and navigation of Anger, Depression, Intrusive Thoughts, Stress, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and Anxiety. Several of the sections have been helpful when working with DBT clients that are seeking tools that can be used now to start making a difference. My hope is that this publisher will follow up with an integrative neurodivergent friendly skills workbook with Interpersonal Effectiveness/DBT/CBT and Polyvagal Theory.- Derrick G DBT Therapist

Neurodivergent Friendly DBT Workbook
Neurodivergent is typically people who are autistic, have ADD, ADHD, learning disabilities, etc. They typically process information much differently than neurotypical people. I got this book because my son and I both are Neurodivergent. The chapters on stress and anxiety has been such a big help. The panic attack chapter really helped my son.

Written by AI
This book seems like it was written by AI. I am a therapist and bought it to use with a client who already bought it. The activities in the book are very basic and not really specific to neurodivergence. I am returning it.

highly recommend
This is a great book for those early to a diagnosis or wanting to know if they may fall within these perimeters. It’s clear and very direct in it simplifying information for everyone, parents, teens and adults searching for answers to help their children or themselves. I find that some of these ‘techniques’ I’ve learned through yoga and spirituality, so do I support the concept that the therapy discussed in this book is new, I find it’s just been reworded and applied to mental health medical world. With that said, I support the concept of helping anyway possible for those wanting to understand and help themself. It’s the results that matter. This walking you through activities to also help, everyone needs to start somewhere.

Neurodivergent Friendly DBT Workbook
This book is unparalleled in its ability to synthesise the incredible developments in the field of psychological trauma in recent decades. It talks about those who suffer from Neurodivergence, unfortunately many people have this problem and treating it is not very easy, it talks about all the disorders these people can suffer from, such as anger, anxiety, fear and much more, I deal with these problems in my family and I wanted to delve into these disorders. It is a very well done book and I recommend it to everyone.
