I have been an avid follower of Marino's ICU book since undergrad and each new addition provides further comprehensive review of critical care illness. It is one of the only crit care specific texts available and is a go to. Great layout, explanations, and images! ***Please note that initial editions did not have a scratch off for online access due to publish error, however, this has been resolved***

The book is great. The access code doesn't work. I have no idea why it doesn't work and let me tell you trying to fight to get it work is not worth it. I'm not sure what seller this is but do not purchase it from them. I entered the code, after revealing it myself and long story short I have no ebook access as advertised. If the ebook is important to you buy this from somewhere else.

Great purchase, I love “The Little ICU Book,” so I’m exited to learn from this one. It arrived in pristine condition and I really like that it uses Bookshelf for the digital copy.

Overall, "The ICU Book" is a fantastic investment in your professional development. It is very easily readable even though it is discussing about highly complex pathophysiology. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of critical care medicine. It's become my go-to resource, and I believe it will serve you well too! If I am looking for new edition to come.
