The unit works like it’s advertised the alarm is plenty loud enough and it programmed easily but the cable is a little too short and if it comes off of the finger there’s no alarm so it doesn’t work for us.I will have to send it back when the thermometer comes in.If not for that I would have given it 5 stars

Reading was 2-3 counts off consistently and would have severe jumps/spikes that were not accurate saying I went from 97 to 53 and then 109 lasting around 15-25 seconds each number reading. My other unit stayed at 120 consistently for 3 minutes as normal for me and said condition. I have normal fingers and the finger probe was so insanely tight that within just 30 minutes my finger tip was cold and purple going white. Infant probes did not work on this unit correctly either when placed accordingly. Finger probe is HIGHLY uncomfortable. I carried it in a fanny pack and ran the cord under my shirt and it carried well with easy access. I do wish the cord was a bit thinner though. Device is decent weight. Not extremely light but definitely not heavy.I used my back up unit to compare results and was honestly disappointed. I loved being able to see the screen clearly with how large it is. Alarm for bpm wasn’t going off especially when I programmed it to in a test set at 98bpm. Not high, but a good number to test the alarm feature. Went above it several times and not a single alert which is what I need. Not really a disautonomia/POTS friendly device and feels like back at square one trying to find the perfect one as a back up to my dog.Also the temp reader is cheap as crap and does not work at all. Truly speechless.

Bought this to monitor our baby and his oxygen but it didn’t work. 😭 We have been waiting for this to come in and are so sad that it could not read. It looks like one of the sensors is faulty. I can’t figure out how to contact customer service either. But the adult probe seems to work. 😕

This is a great product that is easy to use and works well. It is medical grade and very accurate.

The media could not be loaded.  I was able to get the consolation I needed during those anxious evenings because it was simple to use and produced reliable results. It was easy for the gadget to show real-time oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate, and all it required was a gentle placement on my child's finger. This enabled me to keep a close eye on their status. On the other hand, the gadget itself is well-designed and simple to use. Because of the wide and bright LED display, it was simple to read the readings, even in areas with low levels of illumination. It was handy to bring with me wherever I went because of its tiny size and the fact that it had a rechargeable battery, which meant that I would never have to worry about the device running out of power.

As a parent of an infant with a medical condition requiring frequent heart rate monitoring, I purchased the Handheld Pulse Oximeter for Baby & Adult with high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience with it has been somewhat disappointing.My son has SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia), and I needed a pulse oximeter that could accurately and consistently read his heart rate, even when he's wiggly (as most babies are). However, I encountered several challenges with this device. I often received false readings or struggled to get accurate measurements, especially when my son was moving around.It seems that this pulse oximeter might be better suited for occasional use or monitoring in adults rather than infants or young children who require continuous and accurate readings throughout the day. The device's sensitivity and reliability were not sufficient for our needs, despite following the instructions carefully.On a positive note, the build quality and ease of use are decent, and it may work well for adults or situations where occasional monitoring is sufficient. However, for parents or caregivers needing reliable and consistent readings for infants with medical conditions like SVT, I would recommend exploring more specialized options.
