Has helped my neck
This neck support has really helped me with pain and bettering my posture. I lay on it a few times a week in the evening and feel like it’s a great option for those with tight necks and shoulders. It’s super reasonably priced and highly effective.

Ease of use
Very easy to use and product itself very light, touches all the pain points that needs to be addressed

Relax and stretch
My scoliosis is worsening and it helps a lot to lie on this to help keep my spine stronger and muscles loose. It helps when I’m too stressed or tired to go through back stretches, so I lie on this and take a nap. It takes some practice to get the alignment right, but when I do I’m out like a light. As you see in the pic, it’s easy to combine with my other physical therapy items.

Not symmetrical
Although it helps some, it feels like the two sides aren't quite symmetrical. One side feels like it isn't the same height as the other so I find myself struggling to make it useful.

No instructions....not comfortable
This strange looking traction device came with no instructions on how to use it. When I've tried to use it, it is very uncomfortable to nearly painful to lay on. It's probably due to user error but with no instructions it's hard for this old person to figure out. I've had it for a while now and kinda just quit trying to use it. It looks like it should help but, for now, I don't know if I'd recommend it or not.

Hard to say
I got this on a whim, although I've tried other specialty pillows and mats for flexibility and posture. This is very ambiguous on how it's used. I think it's most effective doing the arm and chair exercises shown in the last picture, in that orientation. Similar to doing chin tuck exercises. I don't feel it put a lot of pressure on my neck, but it weirdly puts lots of pressure on the sides of your head as the two arms squeeze together very firmly. I probably wouldn't use this kind of device without consulting with at least a fitness coach, or perhaps a doctor, first. Not that I think you could hurt yourself, but if used with wrong form, probably doesn't help at all.

Relaxes My Neck Muscles
My posture is pretty bad and my neck feels sore sometimes. This neck stretcher really helps loosen my neck muscles. It feel strange laying on it at first, but I started with just a few short minutes and then increased the time. The device itself is very sturdy and it was hard to lay on it correctly and it took me a few tries, but I managed to lay on it property. After a few days of using it, I noticed my neck muscles felt looser and less tight. For someone with bad posture and tight neck muscles like myself, I think this could be a great product to try.
