Being a novice past months, I am not a music note reader so depend on guitar tabs to get any kind of music out of my acoustic and electric guitar. Some of the books I have received are too complex, this books is excellent for the learner and also Neil Young's hits, which there are plenty here, will be easy to follow and also will sound similar to his playing once I am further down the road. Great book, great songs.

This book has many of Neil Youngs best songs in tab format. Easy to follow even for beginners and very rewarding. Recommended

A well presented book, which contains more complicated musical notation as well as easy tab with chord diagrams. Paper is quite lightweight but acceptable.

Too easy, really. No solos, just the basic rhythm guitar tab. This would have been great for me when I first picked up the guitar, as evidence that I could play a real tune after all. Alas, it`s not what I wanted at this stage of my guitar-playing, and unless you are a real beginner - no deal. Great selection of Neil tunes though, all the electric classics such as "Like A Hurricane", "Hey, Hey, My, My" and "Rockin` In The World" are here, as are the acoustic gems like "Old Man" and "Heart Of Gold" and "The Needle And The Damage Done" too. Better off paying top-dollar for the Warner Bros. books, "Classic Neil Young Tab" (although they really do cost top-dollar, if they`re available at all).

Has the songs you know and love. 9" x 12" format, so it's easy to read even if you have your guitar out and you're trying to play along while reading
