I'm new to this supplement
I have never really tried this supplement before now, but I like that it says it supports your liver function and helps with detoxing. Sounds like a good thing to me. I have had no problem with swallowing these pills and they don't taste like anything.

Liposomal glutathione supplement – antioxidant for detox, aging, cardiovascular support
I ordered these primarily for detox and aging. I have finished taking these and did not have any issues. Since I am taking various supplements, I cannot ascertain whether there have been any beneficial changes. I will continue to take glutathione and do like trying out different brands. This bottle has the safety certifications I look for – GMP certified, lab tested, plus these were made with all natural ingredients. Note that the lab testing does not specify whether testing was done by third party.

Great combo
From my wife Sarah: This is a fantastic combo of supplements all in a liposomal form. I was taking several of the ingredients separately and not in liposomal form. This can make your life easier and it saves money ultimately. And of course, liposomal form is always going to be easier on the gut and absorbed better. Great supplement.

Two Pack Liposomal Glutathione
Glutathione offers an antioxidant property which has an anti-aging affect. It also helps strengthen the immune system and may help to improve insulin sensitivity. Keeping diabetes at bay is a strong motivator for me. It has also been shown to increase fat metabolism, a battle that I continue to pursue.I learned some more about the benefits of Glutathione from Medical Health Today:“Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant found in every cell in the body. It is made of three types of molecules known as amino acids.Amino acids combine in different patterns to make all of the proteins in the body. One unique thing about glutathione is that the body is able to make it in the liver, which is not true of most antioxidants.Glutathione has many important functions, including:making DNA, the building blocks of proteins and cellssupporting immune functionforming sperm cellsbreaking down some free radicalshelping certain enzymes functionregenerating vitamins C and Etransporting mercury out of the brainhelping the liver and gallbladder deal with fatsassisting regular cell death (a process known as apoptosis)Researchers have found links between low levels of glutathione and some diseases. It is possible to increase glutathione levels through oral or intravenous (IV) supplementation.Another option is to take supplements that activate the natural glutathione production in the body. These supplements include:milk thistle-this product has 200mgN-acetyl cysteine*superoxide dismutase*Reducing toxin exposure and increasing intake of healthful foods are also excellent ways to naturally increase glutathione levels.”*These ingredients MAY be in the Precursor or the Proprietary Blend, no way to know. This generous 2000mg dose of Glutathione, comes in a 60 day supply by M inch, a brand I’ve not heard of before. Recommended dose is 2 capsules per day and includes milk thistle which activates glutathione production in the body.I would have liked to have seen on the bottle that this is third party tested and where it was made. It has a two year shelf life.I’ve been taking one capsule per day, not two, as I take other supplements and feel that I still receive some benefits from this. The other Liposomal Glutathione supplement I had been taking offered just 1000mg per day, still, a generous amount. This is double that! Wow!I think that this is a good value for what you get and I would buy this again.Recommended!

Liposomal is supposed to be easier for the body to absorb
Supplements are always tricky to review because if the supplement is something you've been taking for a period before this purchase, there is not likely to be a big difference in the way you feel or look. If you've never taken it before, then it may take up to several weeks for any real benefits to show. This review is more about the supplement itself, and not necessarily this particular manufacturer/product.N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a an amino acid. Your body absorbs the NAC and turns it into Cysteine, which it then turns into Glutathione. Why not just take Glutathione you ask? Well, studies seems to show you'll get more glutathione into your system by taking NAC because straight glutathione has a poor "uptake" into your body - you don't absorb it very well. Enter liposomal glutathione. A version of glutathione that has much better uptake (bioavailability) than regular glutathione.Glutathione has been shown to reduce the progression of some cancers, protect your body from various diseases, and improves insulin sensitivity. The additional ingredient of milk thistle is also supposed to help with liver health and weight loss.Improving insulin sensitivity is the reason I take it. By regulating the glutathione in my brain, it should help reduce my food cravings and help my brain understand when I'm actually full. Too much blood insulin makes your brain stupid when it comes to knowing when / what to eat and when to stop eating. That's a big deal and this supplement will definitely help.

Good supplements. Glutathione with other beneficial ingredients.
Glutathione is helpful for many reasons. I appreciate the fact that they also contain milk thistle. Each bottle contains a 30 day supply, so the 2-pack is a 60 day supply. They are easy to swallow, no taste. They contain 2000 mg. of liposomal glutathione. I prefer liposomal. It is difficult to tell if they are effective unless you've been taking them for a period of time, and I will update my review if necessary.Non-GMO, GF, Organic, Vegan Friendly (does that mean positively Vegan??), and GMP. Made for an American company, but are them made in USA? Produced 4/23, received 6/23, expiration 4/25.
