I use clippers not only for the men in my life but for my dogs and one cat. Until recently I used a cordlessWahl Professional Animal Bravura. That clipper is lightweight, powerful, and cordless and I've been happy with it for two years. Unfortunately, it has started failing and we needed to replace it. This is a quarter of the price . . . so we gave it a try.This comes with a hard plastic case. That alone was impressive . . . other clippers come in a box with a cloth pouch which isn't truly protective.This is a large unit and does the job for my large, fully-coated dogs. The cord is a bit of a pain, but once I got used to it was fine.This does not work on my cat, it is too large, loud, and scary. Likewise, the men in my life are not enthused.Heavy and large, but good for a serious clip of a bigger dog. Expect it will last a long time.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Is all I can say! I’m speechless right now! These clippers are the BEST!Firstly, we have 2 dogs and 1 cat. The 2 dogs we have are basically non shedding and neither have a lot of hair-we have 2 females-one a Labradoodle the other, A Teddy Bear dog-so, she’s very tiny-but her hair grows super fast!Anyways, I tried these on both dogs yesterday and I’m blown away! Both my dogs HATE getting their hair trimmed but, my Labradoodle tolerates it a bit better than the teddy bear pup!These clippers has me finished with their hair in minutes! It was fabulous! It cut right thru my labradoodles body hair within 5 mins or less-she was finished!!! These clippers are Very large and come in a beautiful nice thick casing to keep them in, with a handle!The blades are large and you do need to oil them (oil is included & a cleaning brush). Noise on these is minimal for as large as they are! These handle super well and feel comfortable in your hands.Definitely made more for bigger animals just because the size of the clippers are really really large!I highly recommend these! These are super well made and you should never ever need another pair of animal clippers after buying these!

The media could not be loaded. These dog grooming clippers work very well. I have a small poodle mix and I've had a lot of trouble finding clippers that don't get stuck or pull on her curly hair. These clippers cut through her curly hair with ease. They are pretty large and a little loud though. They only have 2 guard sizes so these are only for very short cuts. The cord is very long at 19 feet and they come with extra blades. Very nice set of dog or horse grooming clippers.

Clippers were too loud to use. Does not work well on goldendoodle fur.
