Yes. This product is great. I put it on my skirting boards and it stripped back all the paint thats ever been on there back to smooth wood And I scrapped off about4 layers of old paint. Worked wonders.

I have gloss painted on my walls. Will this remove it? It is painted at least half way up each wall of my hall way

Very good at removing gloss paint from skirting boards, so would not think it would be any problem on another surface to remove gloss paint. However, if the paint is on plaster I suspect it would damage the plaster when scraped as plaster is a porous product. Could suggest you try in a small place that is not conspectus!

Would this remove varnish off bamboo and wicker conservatory furniture?

Yes i would .as it has taken varnish off my banister but hard work needs sanding down afterwards
