I ordered my first frame in December a year ago. It was easy to set up and use and worked like a charm for 6 months, then just quit. I tried everything but it was stuck on the BSIMB Logo and that's all it would show.I contacted Customer support and they were great. Sent me all kinds of links to download to update the frame along with suggestions and trouble shooting. Nothing worked so they sent me a brand new Frame. I was excited. Set up my new Frame and all I got was a BLACK screen. Contacted customer service again through email. They told me to plug it in using a different adapter from my old frame and go to a link they sent me and after plugging it into my computer, download the latest update. I did everything as instructed. The frame came on and I was thrilled. I connected it to my internet and put my micro SD card in and began to send photos from my cell phone to the frame. I thought to myself, "Finally" it's fixed after TWO weeks of this hassle.Got up this morning and the Frame was right back to a BLACK screen. Nothing worked.I sent Customer service an update. I want to send BOTH of these Frames back now.Life is too short.I do NOT recommend this Frame BUT Customer Service is great at trying to help.I just want a working Frame.UPDATE*I contacted Customer Service and told them I wanted to send both Frames back and they credited my account for the original Frame I purchased and told me NOT to send the defective frames back to them. I am so impressed with their prompt customer service. I would give them 10 ********** if I could. But, NOT on the Frame. 😏

We first bought a smaller model and decided to gift it and upgrade to a larger one with the best available screen quality, and are very glad we did. We’re delighted with how it looks and performs, although it takes a while to figure out how to use it. I can’t understand why so many Chinese manufacturers can’t seem to employ an English speaker or editor to make their instructions grammatical and comprehensible. I still haven’t figured out how to connect it to my computer where all of my photo library resides, so have had to transfer photos to a USB micro drive and do it piecemeal. But it does have large internal memory capacity and I like the controls once you figure them out. There is no motion detector like the smaller model but it does have an on/off switch. The stand that comes with it for counter use does not lock or screw in like the smaller model and can fall out.

Overall, I love this frame. I got it to display photos and videos of my late dog, Kaya. I really enjoy the fact that it can play videos and there isn’t a limit to the video length. I feel like videos capture her personality better than photos, and she had a very distinct bark that this frame helps bring back into our home. The sound is loud and clear, and the quality is excellent. It does auto rotate the images, which is nice, but you can also turn off. The frame comes with a remote and it’s quite user friendly. It’s not difficult to upload photos or videos, and they give you a multitude of ways to add photos to your frame. Per the description, you can also use an external drive to store more images, although I’ve not tried this yet.The ONLY thing I really wish I could change about this frame is that it doesn’t play photos and videos together. You can shuffle all of your photos, or you can shuffle all of your videos, but you can’t play them all together in a mix. In some ways, this is maybe a good thing because my other dogs always go bonkers when I play a video of Kaya on there, and I’m now working from home, so it does help in that regard, but I do really wish it at least gave the option to shuffle photos and videos together. I’m not removing any stars from the rating, though, because I haven’t found another frame that can play photos and videos mixed together, so that seems to be either a limitation of the software or the unfortunate standard for digital frames.

Received my photo frame very fast. And i’m so pleased with it! Great picture quality and big 14” screen. Configuration very easy, step-by-step. Don’t manage hidden network though, so had to make it visible. But otherwise, loading photos is very easy with the app. Didn’t play with all the features yet, like videos and musics but it’s looking very easy in the touch screen menu.

I have bought over 5 different frames and returned them because it would not upload the full image, 50 pictures at a time. I will be ordering another one for my mom for Mother’s Day 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜😉

Intially I liked this frame! It was an easy set up and I could upload photos and videos no problem! But something is wrong with the app now, it doesn’t remember the frame and you cant add a frame so now you cant add more photos and videos and it which is useless! It will just say ‘network error’ there’s no support or troubleshooting steps to resolve this. I’m returning mine and I’m very disappointed as I was originally very happy with this product.
