Great product! My son has flat feet and often has pain at night due to sneakers/shoes with too little support. He has commented his feet feel great and hasn’t had any pain since putting them in his newest pair of sneakers. I will definitely purchase these again as needed.

I end up spending a lot of money on my sons shoes and insoles. One of his legs is 1/4 shorter than the other, and even with the help of height increase inserts, he always has heel pain from how his feet hit the ground. The day after receiving this insoles, he put them in his shoes and walked around all day to test them out. They worked perfectly! He said they’re SO comfortable and asked I buy more for his others shoes. The shipping was fast as well! We ended up receiving them the day before they were suppose to arrive. I’d absolutely recommend these to anyone with heel pain or anyone who has to be on their feet all day. They’re perfect!

The arch is a dense foam and does compress under weight (does NOT compress flat). It still provides some arch support and the toddler finds them comfortable to wear and he's completely flat footed - has SMO's but SMO's don't fit in every shoe (dress, rain and cleats for example) so we use arch supports in those shoes because he's in pain without them.

These insoles are so comfortable and give the necessary support for people who suffer from flat fleet. Will buy them every time.

My 8 year old daughter struggles with ingrowing.toenails and the podiatrist said surgery was very likely. I wanted to try insoles first and these have been wonderful. She felt the difference immediately. No issues with discomfort, she wears them all day at school and has had no more I growing toe nails. These insoles feel great! I’ve recently been having some serious problems with my feet, and they have in part contributed to ending up having to use a wheelchair at the moment. Whether or not I will need to use the wheelchair longer term remains to be seen, but the podiatrist had told me I would need insoles. Unfortunately, prescription insoles aren’t covered by my insurance so I decided to look around on Amazon to see what I could find. These insoles looked to be good quality and the right fit for a nice price. I wear a 6.5 or 7, and these fit exactly right. The arch support is perfect and helps keep my feet from pronating.Five stars, and I will likely end up getting another set soon. Highly, highly recommend these!

Worked as expected after fitting them in shoes. You may need to remove existing insoles first to get a better fit so that shoes don't become too tight.

These are good insoles for kids. My son has flat feet and These give him some kind of arch support in his shoes. Very comfy.

My 11 year old uses this as she has flat feet and had difficulties in side movement footwork for prolonged table tennis session. I can't comment right now whether insole will the fix the issue because it will require at least an year to see the difference. But I will endorse the insole for easy fitting and comfortable. My daughter uses this off time while she is not playing. If this matters, material is feels like 70% plastic and 30% rubber, although I am not sure if that the case.

I have size 5 (UK) feet and had to trim them to fit in my shoes. The first time I stepped into them I could feel the difference immediately. Now I can walk without pain in my arches and the cushioning is awesome. I wish I knew about these earlier it would have saved me months of agony. For those who, like me, are on their feet all day, you won't go wrong with these.

My son had this type of arch support with the kast omes he had he didn't want use them, they was uncomfortable. Whit thoes he haven't really noticed he have them. BUT he is 3 and he is wearing comfortable soft sport shoes. She they arw a bit profiled any ways but he haven't noticed. I took out his original shoes inserts to fit thoes nicely. Spare in mind mu son's shoes are abit higher they lile ankle level high to she is comfortable. It jos shoes would be shorter thoes inserts could be not the best as they are pretty high. But i can see he is walking better as his feets are leveled better
