Very Impressive Range Extender
Note: Used in repeater mode wireless (Starlink)Pros:-Extends Wi-Fi coverage a lot (+300 feet - line of sight)-Very easy setupCons:-None (See below)Summary:-I use this extender to increase Wi-Fi coverage from my Starlink wireless network. It works great. Line of sight, I can go well beyond the 300 feet distance. The bandwidth is degraded the further you go out, but this is to be expected. NOTE: The quality of your wireless network-->Extender matters to the bandwidth over distance. This is not the fault of this unit. Easy setup too. Can't comment on coverage through obstructions. Very happy.

Good signal range
I use this for my gate, which is approximately 1/4 mile away. It works great.

Wasted time and money, no tech support when needed
Set up as instructed, worked well in the house and good distance through a window around the property (~300ft).Ran the cat6, mounted on the exterior of home and wouldn’t connect.Reboot to no avail.Brought it back inside and rebooted a couple times. Got it working again and saved settings.Back up the ladder to mount outside again.Worked great for about an hour, then it wouldn’t connect to the internet again.I called tech-support four or five different times waiting on hold for about 45 minutes. Nobody ever picked up.The last time I called, about two hours after I hung up (without hearing from anybody on the other line). I got a call from tech-support who I never asked to call me back. By this time, I just want my money back. I will give money to a company who actually answers when I call for support on an item that is not working properly

Fantastic range, easy set up.
This thing is amazing! Using as an extender to get my house WiFi to the barn over 400’ away (mostly clear line of sight, couple trees), then another wavlink outdoor extender (smaller version) to boost that signal. Had it set up and running in 5 minutes, super easy, especially compared to the multiple bridge networks I tried to set up. I’ve tried many extenders over the years and this is the only one that could get a good signal that far.

Great range, good speeds.
Really well built outdoor AP. This thing is on the bigger size about 9.5x9.5 in. The antennas are massive just over 15in long. They do have grommets to weather seal and the antennas are laser etched so you put them in the correct spot. It has multiple mounting options for wall or pole mount. POE adapter is included if you don't have a POE switch. The ethernet plug has a grommet. Setup is pretty simple. It does have bandsteering which is nice but it can be disabled if you have devices that don't play nice with it. I tested it against my existing U6-pro with power on high. On closer range (20ft from AP) it doesn't perform as well as my Ubiquiti U6-pro speedwise. It caps out at 600mpbs compared to 900mbps on my U6-pro. On distance tests at ~150ft it still managed an impressive -45db compared to -60db on my U6-pro. However, even with better signal strength it still fell behind in speed at 60mbps compared to 130mpbs on the U6-pro. The U6-pro sees better speeds due to 160mhz channels. Both APs managed to keep the 5ghz connection active which is impressive at that range. Given the 15db advantage this should be able to hold it for longer ranges but this is the edge of what I need. Both have more than enough bandwith for even 4k streaming at long range. While it doesn't perform as well as the U6-pro it is still a very good AP. The U6-pro is in the same price range but it is not outdoor rated while this is very well sealed. If you need something outdoor rated this is very robust.

Range is great!
Easy set up - seamless transfer from main router to this one being used in repeater mode. No cell service so WiFi needed on the ranch and this is working perfectly.

Will not operate in repeater mode.
Don’t buy this. Their customer service argues with you when you say “ your instructions don’t work”. I followed all of their instructions to hook up as a "repeater". Either it will not operate as a repeater, or the instructions are bad. But if you wish to take existing WIFI signal, and send it out to your property. Good Luck, we are all counting on you. I can't do it. And neither can their support that never tried to assist.
