I'm a 41 year old woman in perimenopause, I've not had a full night's sleep in over a year. 4 hours here, 2 hour nap there, etc. I'd heard from a postmenopausal friend that magnesium helps. But, which one to take? Too many options, I'd tried glycinate and oxide with no relief. I already take this brands resveratrol supplement, cleared my hormonal and fungal acne up like nothing else, so it's a trusted brand. Well this worked so well! I've had anywhere from 6 to over 8 hours a night of solid sleep since starting it! Bonus that it includes all my B vitamins as well. Only complaint is the cost. The benefits make it totally worth it though. I've also had regular bowel movements everyday since starting it. Another unfortunate side effect of perimenopause. Highly recommend this brand for all your supplement needs.
