UPDATE NOT Worth it ! Unless you like night sweats
I used this blanket last night and woke up sweaty three times until I decided I’ve had enough!!! Then got my thin 100% bamboo blanket and slept through the next 4 hours sweat free! How is this non-breathable fabric supposed to be cooling?? If you touch it it’s cool BUT THIS BLANKET TRAPS HEAT not diffuses heat. I’m disappointed on many fronts, first of all, I have to work all day today in a few hours of miserable sleep due to sweating all night under this thing, and more over it is cool to the touch, is very soft and light weight, and the color is great. But the fabric is like a wind breaker jacket. That doesn’t breath, therefore your body temp shoot’s up as you sleep be cause it’s almost like the body is suffocating under this thing. ID LOVE TO SPEAK TO REST, and see if mine is faulty or what we should do about this premium product?Do not buy it if your a hot sleeper, it will make you at least two times hotter. I sweat three times last night —usually just once but man, miserable. BTW, I am - 57 year old male 6” tall and a slim 165. Not overweight at all and shouldn’t be constantly sweating when I sleep. Not under the right blanket. They should call this company REST-LESS SLEEP

Hands Down the Best Sheets I've Found in a Long Time!
I recently tried the Rest Evercool sheets, and I can honestly say they’re the best sheets I’ve come across in years. The fabric is incredibly soft, cool to the touch, and stays that way all night—no more overheating or tossing and turning. They feel luxurious and breathable, with just the right amount of stretch. The quality is top-notch, and they fit the mattress perfectly without slipping off. If you’re on the hunt for a great night's sleep, these sheets are it. Highly recommend!

A sleep saver
This product is a sleep saver. It is just heavy enough to mold to your body and keep you warm, while keeping you cool while you sleep. It is so soft and silky. I love this comforter. Excellent quality!

Didn’t know what to expect
I saw an advertisement for this bedding in my Facebook feed and thought I’d give it a try through Amazon. I really hate feeling hot and sweaty at night and am always looking for “better” bedding. Yes, I was totally influenced by the marketing (plus the generous return policy).I did no research and had no idea what to expect. I ended up buying both sheets and duvet, and was surprised to learn they are all stretchy, like spandex or silky soccer shorts. Silky stretchy I call it. The fabric is definitely cooling (almost cold) and extremely soft to the to the touch, but in a way that is very different than cotton or other materials like bamboo and eucalyptus (I have them all). Bottom line is that this bedding is doing a great job keeping me cool. And on cold nights, I put a Hutterite goose down blanket on top so I can still feel the silky coolness of the duvet, and still do not overheat! There is something about the fabric: it holds some heat but it’s cool to the touch at the same time, not sure how to explain. It’s amazing for both cool nights and hot nights.I can also confirm that the quality of the duvet and sheets is VERY high. No they are not inexpensive. Quality isn’t cheap. But considering all the money I spend trying to have a consistently comfortable sleep, this is a worthwhile investment and I want to have the best.Lastly, I have had no challenges with washing and keeping them clean. They wash in warm water and I dry on medium heat. The fabric dries quickly. The instructions say do not dry on high heat and that is the only thing I do different when I wash/dry compared to my other bedding.

Cool touch, very soft, but doesn’t stay very cold at night.
Update: Customer service is super responsive and very professional. Made me feel very valued as a customer so I’m editing my review to be four stars. I highly suggest you give this Rest comforter a try!Original review: I’m a very hot sleeper and it’s very difficult to stay comfortable at night unless I have the air conditioning blasting and fan blowing on me even in winter. So when I saw the Rest ads I thought this would be perfect. Believe me when I say, I’m the exact customer type for cooling sheets/blankets.I’ll start off with the things I love and then explain why only three stars later.First, the comforter is incredibly soft. It’s very dangerous because you’ll have a difficult time getting out of bed. The stitching and material quality are well made, as you would expect at this price point. It is very cool to the touch at first, so there’s a rush of dopamine that hits when you touch it. It’s also very light and easy to put in the bed or fold up.I know it sounds like a glowing review, and for most people I would highly suggest if you sleep warm. But, my issue is, I become a sauna heater at night. The comforter, while initially cool to the touch, doesn’t stay cool. And it claims to keep you warm at night if it gets too cold so it’s a good all season blanket, but I would say that this will keep you warm in the winter but not cool enough in the dead of summer. The comforter is also not very breathable, which is what makes it more swampy and too warm for me. Unfortunately, it just heats up and radiates too much heat for me to stay comfortable. This is why I knocked of two stars for me.On a side note, I haven’t tried their sheet set yet, not sure if I’ll purchase because I already have other sheets that do a great job at keeping cool and staying breathable.
