Do not buy this product
I have a disease that requires a monthly infusion. I purchased this product to help with vein puncture. It did not work. I requested a refund and sent it back. The company received the product back several weeks ago but I have not received the refund. We are coming up on a month with no refund. There is no way to contact the company I purchased this product from.

Fraudulent and misleading description
The description of this item is fraudulent.This item is advertised as being able to project an image onto the skin. I cannot get this item to project anything.Also, Instruction manual v1.0 that comes with the item describes more features than are available on this item.
