They work with a bass
These gloves work well with a bass and do protect the fingers. However they also get dirty quickly and stick to any stray Velcro they can find. Still they do work

Relieves pain in fretting and plucking fingers
Wish I'd known about these before the injuries! Had blood blisters on plucking fingers and painful fretting fingers. The blood blister healed but then had a gig and made that injury raw again. Panic set in as had another gig a few days later... what to do? After research came upon these beauties. I strap my middle and forefinger with strapping plaster as well for some padding. They might not look 'cool' (band mates think them creepy - I bought flesh colour) but who cares? Audience probably won't notice. Next time I''l buy black...and paint some studs on them?! 🤩🧤****UPDATE*****Bought another pair...black!

If you need these then they work very well
Due to a nerve problem I was looking for gloves that would cover my hands to both play guitar and do other tasks needing fine motor skills. Touch in single spots causes my hands to cramp and seize up. After 35 years of playing guitar I did not expect to ever play again. These gloves work great, they are close fitting enough to play even the delicate of chords or note runs. Even to the point that you are able to tap harmonics. As my needs go beyond guitar I wear all day with comfort. If you need a real skin fit or to tighten the gloves at any point hit them with a hair dryer while on keeping your hand still until they have cooled. This gives slight adjustment for a real skin fit. It also loosens the glove in areas where it is a little tight.I have ordered more, I hope of the very same product shipped from amazon UK stoke. Seems to be the same seller and make but until I receive those I highly recommend these, for both simply playing guitar but move so for those with nerve issues looking for gloves that both allow full hand usage while also stimulating full hand nerves.

Keeps you playing steel strung acoustic guitars
Does everything they said it should. Go for the size down to getter better fit. When they arrive (1Pr) I recommend wearing around the house for a few hours to loosen, particularly 'Pinky' small finger in my case as I use it a lot for my style. I still feel the string & can play through. I'm 60 plus now, skin isn't as resilient as it used to be but I still want to play steel acoustics. Many years ago during a discussion with Davey Graham (& I'm a committed fan) he told me that he found it much easier to play nylon strings. As I am now roughly the same age as he was when we met, his preference was probably driven by the same problem. Try these instead of a restring to nylon. Will keep you playing your favourite Guitars.

Does the trick… sizing seems off
I bought the size according to instructions and they feel a bit tight (my fingers are too long for the glove) but they served a purpose for all my Christmas outdoor gigs.Price doesn’t seem to marry up with the quality.

Wearing bass gloves
Bought smaller size as recommended - but does not leave fingers fully free. Some slight limitation on spread.Wears quite quickly, especially plucking fingers. If mainly one finger then about 6 - 10 hours; two finger plucking = 10 - 20 hours - depending on technique.Fretting fingers a little better - but index and smallest finger suffer from extending slides (I only have three fretting fingers - so more noticable). However, it does extend the time I can practice and play. I can now cope with 1 hour sets and even up to 2 hour sets (not that I would recommend this). I dont notice too much when playing. It is better than using superglue.

Actually Works
I got a new acoustic guitar with a much heavier string gauge (went from .47 to .53) and i think the action was higher. After playing guitar for 10 years or so I had the strength in my fingers but sliding and holding barre chords was KILLING the skin on my index finger and making it really sore meaning I couldn’t record with my better quality guitar. Was skeptical about the glove, bought it just in case it worked, it worked really well. Can move my fingers well, it makes a natural skin on string squeak when you slide, really helped get some clean takes

Not worth the money
As a bassist and suffering with arthritis in my hands I decided to give these a try, mainly for my fretting hand. I followed the recommended sizing and to ensure a snug fit, ordered a size down. What you get looks like two left gloves, given the writing in the top of the hand. The gloves feel comfortable enough to wear and they did help while I was playing. However, as soon as I put them on you could see that the seams were not very well finished, particularly between the thumb and first finger. After just an hour of use the first glove developed what looked like a tear or ladder along the little finger and the seam opened up between the thumb and first finger. Switching to the second glove and after just another two hours of use a hole opened up on the first finger at the tip. All in all these two gloves lasted less than 4 hours before starting to come apart and that was only with light practice. I also use flatwound strings so the wear from those should have been minimal.Absolutely not worth the money paid for the amount of use I got from them.
