First pair I received, one of the covers had a defective zipper on it. Retailer sent replacement quickly. These are not super soft, but buclee never is soft. They are sturdy and very cute on my sofa.

The pillow covers were a previous return. The seal was opened & resealed, which is fine. But there was red lint on the inside of the covers!! Because those are pretty & durable pillow covers, I didn’t return them. Not worth the hassle when I can pick out the lint & dry clean them. I’m getting larger ones because these are very sturdy & not cheap looking!!

I bought these after visiting my SIL's house and she had a set of these pillow covers in a different color. They're great quality in terms of thickness and the type of fabric used. However, that zipper has got to go! It damn near took a seven nation army to close the zippers up on these covers because the pull is so tiny and slippery, but also because part of the pull kept catching on the fabric of the zipper and you'd have to snake the prong out from piercing the fabric and try again. I found that if you push down considerably while pulling, this helps avoid this problem. I gave three stars on softness purely out of reality. Due to the buclé fabric, I didn't expect these to be soft, so I'm not going to rate that it's a soft pillow case.

These pillow covers are a nice off-white. Thick fabric, not cheap looking.

Put these on inserts that had custom Ethan Allen fabric and do not notice any difference in quality. Zippers work great and feel sturdy as well.

One of the pillow covers is coming apart at the seam. Hopefully I can repair.
