Amazing machine for the money... but....
Ok after some trial and error over a couple of days, I have figured out how to use this machine and am very happy with it.I say I figured out but in truth, I read the manual but potential buyers should be aware that the manual is horrific, some of the worst translations I have ever seen (read?) .For instance, a line that SHOULD read"If the steam knob is set to the steam location when you power the machine on and all of the indicator buttons flash continuously, turn the steam knob to off position and then back to the steam position"actually reads"if steam is on steam location, when you press ON/OFF button, and all button indicator will keep flashing. To solve this problem, turn steam knob to off position and again"No, I have not missed words that is literally how it reads.Fortunately, the product is worth persevering with and produces an excellent end result. I am very pleased with the product itself.ProsDoes exactly what you would expect it to, makes a great cup of coffee, and the steam wand works better than I could have dreamed of.ConsThe manual is very poorly translated (from I assume) Chinese, a little more QC would have eliminated this bugbear and IMHO opened this product to a far larger market as with practice this could be used by any coffee lover. The 'Max fill' location is on the very back of the machine and if like me you have this up against the wall its very difficult to see (I used a Sharpie to mark it and make it more visible)

Pretty good for the price
It's not the fanciest espresso machine out there. Sometimes the espresso pulls and no matter everything I did right, it'll still make a sour batch due to the brewing process. I'm looking at adding some extra hardware, such as a wdt and a puck screen to reduce that, but I try my best. I might upgrade my grinder to one of those fancy, state-of-the-art ones to reduce the guess work. But the brew process all affects the taste. It's not bad for the price. It's alright. It hasn't broken down yet. And the steam wand does alright.I'd say it's pretty good.

Was great while it worked...
99 days and it started leaking, overheating then just died...really too bad as it worked great until today...

Only lasted 8 months
Bought it in June, it's now February and it is losing pressure. The water tank leaked from the beginning, I just left a dish towel next to it. It is very loud, and started getting louder. I am sure it will die completely soon. Shopping for a new one, different brand obviously, today. You get what you pay for.

Quick and easy to use
This espresso machine is really easy to use and clean. One of the best features that I like is that it gives you the ability to program the amount of coffee that it makes in either the single shot or double shot cups, so you get just the right amount of coffee each time in your cup. Plus it matches our other stainless steel appliances in our kitchen.

Decent price but minimally powered steamer.
Works pretty well, steamer is not powerful enough to meaningfully froth milk or half/half. It does steam the milk but takes as long as 20 seconds. But for the price I think this is reasonable, I am happy that the reservoir hold enough water for a dozen cups of coffee or more and is easy to refill. When you purchase it, be sure to remove the water reservoir and remove the plug from the bottom outlet so thr water can enter the machine. The instructions indicate to ue regular coarse ground coffee, but I have been using espresso fine grounds. I have not had any issues with grounds spilling or leaking out, unsure why or if it is actually designed for coarse grounds but it appears it can function either way! Good for the price. If you want a better steamer spend another 50-109 bucks!
