Happy With This Refurbished Floodlight Cam
We bought the "Like-New Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro with Bird’s Eye View and 3D Motion Detection (2021 release), Black" with the hope that we could get a like new product and save a few bucks. Our floodlight cam came neatly packaged with all the parts and looked indistinguishable from new Ring products we've bought in the past. It's been over six months in service and we've not had any troubles with it. Overall, we've had good results with refurb buys on Amazon and will check out more products in the future.

Ring ring, it's your security camera calling.
Ring Cams are great. Sure, there's alternatives on the market, and maybe if I hadn't got into Ring before they existed, I might choose those instead. But these cam/flood light combos are excellent. Very flexible on how the lighting behaves, and it has all the features you'd expect from Ring Pro gear, like the bird's eye view that shows you the path that a person was walking, even if they are hard to see on the picture. I have several of these. This one was a refurb. Can't notice a difference between it and the full priced version.

The return window was one month. One week after that it stopped working completely. Absolute garbage!!!! Terrible video quality when it did work also.Update: Rings team saw my review and reached out. Figured out the issue with my camera, something internal, and sent me a brand new camera to replace it.Nice to know a company does still care after the return window closes.

Dissappointing
Bought this a little over A year ago and about 6-8 months ago I started having problems. Bought this "cam wired pro" to replace my really old ring camera that was outdated and because the LEDs quite working.1-Keeps losing connection and going offline. (not because of the distance to the wifi as I never had this problem at all with my older one). Not to mention other cameras that I have that are further away than this one.2-When the lights do come on they're very sporadic. Meaning they flicker on and off occasionally, sometimes full brightness and other times very dim. Then sometimes they just stay on 24/7.If you're buying this to upgrade - I would steer clear of it. Just bought another one to replace it and going back to the older version as my other one lasted for years and years.6/25/25 - Ring has reached out to me and is working with a fix. Will update after everything gets settled.
