Can this be used to do eyebrows and upper lip hair?

I have used it on my eyebrows with no problem. Not on my lip but I did try a bit on my jaw line & it was fine :)

can it be heated in the microwave

Yes, absolutely. That's the best way to heat it - I put it in on full for a minute then test the heat, and if it's not quite liquid I put it in for ten seconds at a time until it's ready. It can come out very hot so test it before you put it on your skin. You may need to re-heat it before you do the second leg (depending on how quickly you do the first one) but that's the same principle - just a few seconds at a time till it's ready.

Can you place the whole plastic pot into the wax warmer instead or transferring it to a metal pan?

Yes, this pot will fit directly in the wax heater

How do you get it off your skin? I loved how easy it removed all the tick hair but how do you get rid of the stickiness afterward?

Use either after wax or any oil to remove residue
