Installation is simple, but it would be nice if there was a better assortment of connectors provided. Like many have commented, some installations will require an additional connector. The slide lock connectors that attach directly to the pump are nice. Just insert the fitting and push in the lock. The pump is quieter than my old one but you have to be careful not to over tighten it. If you do, you'll crush the rubber mount and the pump will be solid to the mounting surface and it will be very noisy. I had to loosen the mounting screws. With the switch system on this pump you can draw a small quantity of water without the pump starting. The pump holds pressure well. With my old pump it would run for a couple of seconds every hour since it would lose pressure. With this pump I can turn it off and wait a couple of days and when I turn it on, it doesn't have to run to build pressure because it's held pressure without bleeding down. Review: Beware! While it's running with only one open faucet, at less than one gallon per minute, it runs under 30 psi, underperforming most cheap pumps in the market. The pump will initially only turn on when it reaches 20 psi, not a fault, that is the design of the switch, turn on at 20 psi, and turn of at 60 psi. It requires a 10 amp fuse, but it will blow the fuse because it runs over 10 amps while under load, and at any time it is running it will consume anywhere from 9 to 14 amps. It took a bit to adjust it for my system and but I got it working as advertized. I love the flow and water pressures it delivers throughout my Class A MH. this pump does not have a check valve, so! if you are an RV or Motorhome owner be aware. Un regulated City water pressure can slowly back feed and pass through the pump and will fill your Fresh Water Tank and overflow it. I installed a valve on the outlet hose and use a pressure reducer at my fill connection. I haven't had any issues since, and I would recommend this pump. JFK, I own a 2005 Winnebago Adventurer 35A, on W24 chassis.
