The spout is facing out and stem is not too long. Water spout is angled, pressure is good but doesn't splash all over. It was easy to install according to my handyman. I like Hansgrohe brand so therefore quality and value is great. Looks sleek and modern so perfect for my style. It is easy to wipe down and clean.

Matches the Hansgrohe shower fixtures and looks beautiful in our ADU. The single hand operation left so much more counter space atop the small sink vanity. I’d buy again in a heartbeat.

It's Hangrohe. Steel feel. Smooth head. When people say don't cheap out on nice finishes they mean something like this.

The Chrome finish is impossible to keep clean and some water stains must be cleaned immediately otherwise they will be visible and difficult to clean. The water flow is terrible, with the included flow regulator is extremely poor, and without the flow regulator is unusable because it has too much pressure. There is no info in the manuals regarding the pressure, so it's impossible to know which flow regulator to buy to get better pressure. I ordered other flow regulators and I'll try with that. I'm not happy with this product, same issue with the bidet faucet too, but as I paid a plumber to install both faucets I can't return these two faucets and pay again the plumber... Beside these major issues, the look and feel of the faceuts are nice, and seems to work fine, if replacing the regulators I can get a proper pressure I'll be ok, and learn to live with a microfiber towel always close... My advise, get another finish or another product..

The look and feel of this Hansgrohe faucet is amazing. It feels like a luxury item and looks the part too. The chrome finish is easy to wipe clean without leaving streaks. Installation was a breeze and the instructions are clear. There is a discrete red ring on the hot feed hose, which makes it easy to distinguish between the two hoses when hooking up to the shutoff valves. My only complaint is that the seal between the bottom of the faucet and the countertop/sink is very dependent on the size of the hole. I have a CeraStyle wall-mounted sink. The faucet hole doesn't appear to be too big and a similar Kohler faucet sealed snuggly with its built-in gasket. This Hansgrohe faucet also has a gasket on the base, but it ends up sitting inside the hole (rather than around the hole) on this sink and doesn't make contact with the sink surface. If any water splashes around the base of the faucet, some will definitely seep under the faucet and drop down beneath the sink. Fortunately in my case, the sink is over a tile floor so I don't anticipate any issues except for maybe some signs of dripping water. There is clearly room for the gasket to go out further towards the outer edge of the faucet base, so this seems like a design oversight on Hansgrohe's part.

The cold water supply line (that came with the Hansgrohe bathroom faucet) leaks.

For those that know... you know. Just buy it. There are cheaper brands that work fine, and actually install much easier, but they don't feel the same when you use them. I wish it came with a newer one-piece drain like those other cheaper fixtures. Minus 1* star for the old style pain drain.

Look nice, but not treated to prevent spots. Also the popup drain handle looks like an afterthought
