The internal dimensions of this lock box are 7.6 * 5.8 * 3.4cm, which can accommodate approximately five regular-sized keys. If the thickness of a key exceeds 3.4cm, then that lock box is not suitable for this key.

How can I change the new code I set up?

A. Open the key box, keep dials at the correct combination. (Factory default combination is 0-0-0-0) B. Push the RESET button from position A to position B. C. Scroll dials to set your own combination. D. Push the RESET button back to position A. Now the new combination has been set. Take a photo to save your password.

How often can you change the code?

The lock can be changed the password according to your usage habits. Please remember the new combination code you have changed.

The lock opens fine. However, I cannot move the lever from A to B. It doesn't go low enough to slide to B. How can I move it to position B?
