Please use secure packaging when returning. Any items returned to us folded, creased or in any way damaged will be non-resalable and deemed non-refundable. Customer has up to 10 days to return item to us once a return has been authorized, and must be shipped with a Tracking Number otherwise refund will be denied. We will refund the price of the decal (not shipping) minus up to a 50% restocking fee and as indicated on our listings. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
