Nice and thin, great protection!!

My 16-yr-old male Chihuahua is a "marker" in the house. He was a puppy mill dog for his first 7 years, and I haven't been able to cure him of lifting his leg and squirting a few drops of urine here and there around the house, even though he'll go to his indoor potty pads when he really has "to go." Belly bands are my solution, and I use these Poise pads to line the bands. They work.

These arrived today and are exactly as described. I use the #3 pad in my special needs male dogs reusable diaper wraps. He chews the disposables so I switched to washable. Plus they are cuter. FYI dog urine isn't easy to wash out and takes a few steps. And requires stripping once a month or every other month. Now I can stretch the need for stripping out more. With these it catches most if not all the urine and it holds any odors inside. So laundry day is easier. I am old and like old school panty liners but I dont like the regular pantyliners that are sold these days. They are like 3 sheets of paper thin. Poise #1 has that same thickness. But the #2 is like old school pantyliners.

After trying many different brands, lengths, and prices of incontinence pads, I've finally settled on a favorite. I'm a big woman, 250 pounds, and I never know how much coverage and absorbency I'll need from day to day. These Poise pads seem more expensive, but actually I'm saving money because I can leave a pad on all day. Unless I have a major leak I don't have to monitor and change pads several times throughout the day.

I love the fact that these are long but I wish they were a little thinner. They are very good quality and work very well. They are a bit pricey but that won’t stop me from buying them.
