I purchased these a while back and use them regularly. I experience breast pain about a week before my cycle starts due to cysts in my breasts. Since I started using these about twice a week I have noticed a BIG difference in both pain level and swelling. I put about coaster size amount of castor oil onto the center of each pad and let it soak in for about 20 minutes before placing them under a sports bra. I have a designated sports bra for this. The oil does not leak out of the pads in a dripping fashion but your body heat will cause the castor oil to spread even more which will cause some oil to leak onto the bra. So don't use your favorite bra while using these pads. I use them twice before washing and in between uses, I place them in a Ziplock freezer bag and keep them in the freezer. My cup size is a C and these fit over my entire breast with room to spare. I think they will also be sufficient enough for someone with even a D cup size.

I like the larger size of the pads. It will help with keeping the oil inside. Some instructions or pictures of how to use would have been nice, though. Good value for the money 💰

They are two flat. I use a large ace bandage to keep them in place. I wish that they were made like a bra and came in cup sizes.

I purchased this item, size small. It arrived and each pad was so large it could cover my entire head! 🤦‍♀️ posted a video on Facebook and everyone had a good laugh! So, if you have enormous breasts then by all means order a small and it will be perfect 🙄

This product gave me a bad rash. It’s not cotton. Be careful in ordering products like this and this one. I had to go to the doctor to get the steroid cream to help get rid of it. I couldn’t wear lotions or any creams or a bra till it was gone, it was that bad because when if I did it got worse.

While the product itself is good I was horrified that this intimate item was sent out with a courier in transparent packaging!! and with visible labelling! No respect for my privacy especially with an item that is of intimate and personal nature! Very disappointed!
