WWE - Summerslam 2007 [DVD]

I have to many ppl said that this weren't a good summerslam, I say that the ppl who said this weren't a great summerslam needs to rewatch this ppv because I loved it from the Kane vs Finley match to the main event for the wwe title between cena and orton.I really loved the long returns of Rey Mysterio who was seeking revenge who took him out e.g. Chavo Guererro. I was much happy to see the return of Triple H who was about to face the so called ruler of RAW King Booker. I very much enjoyed the two extras that were included on this disc where we get an extra from both RAW and Smackdown. I really loved the RAW extra where we were taken to a segment on Carlito's Cabana where Triple H was embaressing Vince McMahon.Overall I don't think this was a bad summerslam at all because I was never bored and most of the matches on the card were near enough ****'s a piece with the main event having a ***** from me.

Excellent show and a must for all collectors.

My son love's the dvd. As I bought it for Xmas. Need some more. And ps3. Games, like that. Please

this has to be one of the worst summerslams in history, and for 1 of the big 4, that's appalling.kane vs finlay: kane was wrestling injured in this one, as his ribs were taped up due to an earlier attack by finlay who hit him with his sheelagilh, despite this fact, this was a pretty decent match, as you would expect from 2 brawlers. naturally, hornswoggle got involved, although it was thankfully short lived. shame we didn,t get to see kane chokeslam him, as I find the little troll very annoying.divas battle royal: too many divas to list, but the winner of this would get a shot at Candace michelles womens title. not very exciting, but beth phoenix picked up the win, and nothing happened afterwards.umaga vs mr kennedy vs carlito: umagas intercontinental title was on the line in this one, but there was no one to cheer for, since all 3 were heels. carlito and kennedy teamed up at 1 point to double team umaga, but it backfired when umaga over powered them.john Morrison vs cm punk: morrisons ecw title was on the line, and punk had been chasing it for a while. at a big event like summerslam, we should have crowned a new champion, but it wasn,t to be, and to make matters worse, the winner won by using the ropes.great khali vs batista: khalis world heavyweight title was on the line. unlike later years, when khali became slow and sloppy in the ring, he actually wrestled a half decent match here, and really looked like a monster. unfortunately, the dq ending was a poor finish.triple h vs booker t: its not hard to see why people complain about triple h and his ego, because his entrance to the ring, complete with video inspired by the six million dollor man, was eye rollingly bad. ok, I know he was returning after 9 months and quad surgery, but seriously? the match was nothing special, and booker never seemed like a threat.john cena vs randy orton: this was for cenas wwe title, and it saved the pay per view, just. despite the fact that orton was a heel, the crowd were split over who to cheer for. great back and forth match with cena winning after his patented AA.so, a good event to pass a few hours, but as a big event, hardly a great one. the main event was good, but the others were hardly worthy of an event dubbed the biggest party of the summer

Hi,Ich finde der kauf dieses Artikel hat sich auch jetzt noch gelohnt.Ich kann ihnen den Artikel nur wärmstens empfehlen.Die Extras und Interwievs sind klasse,zu den Matches komme ich jetzt:Kane vs. FinlayHart gefürtes Match,durch die Verletzung von Kane war es noch sehr spannend,natürlich hat auch Horni nicht gefehlt ;) und zwar genauso wenig wie der Schlagstock(Shileigly,oder so =) von Finlay.5/10*Intercontinentel Championship Match:Umaga vs. Kennedy vs. CarlitoDie Dominanz von Umaga war klar zu sehen,aber die Zusammenarbeit von Kennedy&Carlito hat dem Samoaner schon zugesetzt,leider war die Zusammenarbeit nicht so toll und der Samoaner hatte am Ende leichtes Spiel.Viele coole/tolle Moves!5/10*Diven Battle RoyalDie Siegerin war aber schon im Vorderein klar.Deswegen fand ich die Battle Royal nicht so gut,aber Team SmackDown! hat mich positiv überrascht.4/10*Rey Mysterio vs. Chavo GuerreroRey ist zurück und das in silber =).Chavo bearbeitete während des Matches immer wieder die Verletzung von Rey,so das es bis zum Ende keinen überlegenen Kämpfer/Sieger gab.Gute Highflyer Moves waren/sind zu sehen!6/10*ECW Championship Match:Morrison vs. CM PunkDie Paarung verspricht schon von den Namen her ein guten Kampf so wie es ihn auch dann gab.Sehr ausgeglichen.Am Ende hat aber der Richtige gewonnen ;)6/10*Triple H vs. King Booker w/Queen SharmellThe Game ist zurück und wie berichtet wurde besser den je!Der König der Könige sollte in diesem Match bestimmt werden.Triple H ließ sich bei seinem Einzug richtig feiern genauso wie im Match.An Moves gab es aus Triple H sicht alle coole Moves,das zweit beste Match so finde ich an diesem Abend.9/10*World Heavyweight Championship Match:The Great Khali vs. BatistaThe Animal hatte wie vo n derGröße aus keine Chance doch er setzte wärend dem Match dem Khali ein paar blaue Flecken zu,doch der hatte keine Lust zu kämpfen und nahm die leichtere Variante.2/10*WWE Championship Match:John Cena vs. Randy OrtonDas beste Match des Abend.Randy schien die besseren Karten zu haben vor und wärhend des Kampfes.Cena der den Titel schon fast ein Jahr zu dem Zeitpunk hilt gab sich aber keine Blöse und erwiederte das Gefecht,so wars eine tolle "Schlacht".10/10*Im ganzen war schon die Biggest Party of The Summer mit vielen tollen Paarungen.Insgesamt erhält das PPV-Event von mir 8/10 Sternen.mfg

die matches waren ok , rey vs chavo war gut,. die diven battle royal war auch ok, und cena vs orten habe ich schon sooft bei diversen veranstaltungen und shows gesehen das dieses match schon so ausgelutscht war und mich nicht mehr so interessiert hat . das habe ich schon bei diversen veranstaltungen gesehen ,. ich glaube das geht von mindestens gefühlten 50 matches oder mehr .durchschnittlicher ppv , mit dem xten cena - orten match.aber mehr als 3 sterne ist der ppv auch nicht wert.
