Hard to Swallow Tablets
You might choke on these tablets. They are huge! A safe way to take them is to let them dissolve in hot water or tea.

Big tablets but good quality
I've been taking MSM for joint pain for quite a few years. These MSM tablets are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, yeast, sugar, lactose, & artificial additives. I have no problem taking them but they are large and may give others problems swallowing them. Otherwise, they seem like a good choice.

Good quality MSM supplement at a good price!
Brieofood MSM SupplementMSM or Methylsulfonylmethane is supposed to protects cartilage & improve joint function and mobility, while reducing joint pain,swelling and inflammation.I ran out of my supply of MSM flakes. I decided to try these. Their recommended dose is one 1500 mg tablet . My former powder recommended dose was one 4 gram teaspoon. I will have to take about 3 of these tablets per day to get the same dosage I was taking previously. This bottle contains approximately 270000mg at $10.00 per bottle, compared to the powder at 35.2oz. or approx. 997903mg at $60.00 per container. So at approximately 4 cents per mg for the capsules versus 6 cents per mg for the powder, surprisingly, you'll get more for your money with these tablets over the course powder! The powder did have the benefit of being easily mixed with other substances to mask the rather disagreeable taste. I find the taste of these tablets disagreeable and considerably more difficult to mask.Although I'll be taking 3x the recommended dose in order to match the powder, I'll still be getting more servings per dollar with these tablets!Taste versus saving...a tough call. Still performs the job and considerable savings so I guess I'd have to go with the tablets.4 stars!Explaining my rating system:5 - a superior product - I would recommend4 - above average – a great choice3 - average – what one might generally expect2 - below average – I would advise seeking an alternative1- horrible – a waste of your valuable money - avoid if at all possible
