They should provide more information about this product. What the details don't tell you that the instruction sheet does is that "Dark color shampoo works on light shade, while light color shampoo can not work on dark shade." It instructs you to bleach your dark hair before using lighter-colored shampoos to dye it. It also tells you that this is not for gray hair coverage. It dyed my dark hair a little, but nowhere near the color it is supposed to be.On the positive side, I like that you don't have to premix this shampoo hair dye as with other standard hair dyes. It also does not stain the skin once rinsed out. I have used the black dye of this before, and I love the results and the ease of using it. The black does cover my grey edges, but it fades back to the grey within a few days to a week.
