First thing to mention is about service which is terrific.. worst customer support they have.. even after follow ups they are not at all bothered about customer.. they did not provide me candles which are included in my AMC that I purchased for 3600 rs yearly.. looted me Secondly Product which is not up to the mark.. the tap is pathetic.. motor noise is loud.. taste of water is also not good.. Don't at all think to buy this product or else you all will regret..

The product is very good, without a doubt, but the after-sales service could be improved.

Got a call immediately after the product got delivered, The Engineer ( Dinesh ) took appointment for today ( being Sunday), the installation carried out quickly & explained on the warranty & maintenance part also. Overall nice experience, Kudos to V guard team 👍👍👍

I found this is the best among other water purifier brands since it has got best AMC and so far minimum maintenance and even pre filter is taken care by v guard. Thanks to Akash the Vguard technician for smooth installation service as well .

Even after 3 days of delivery no action from Vgaurd to do the installation of the water purifier. The request for installation registered has been cancelled by v guard saying that I am not interested in availing service 🤣🤣. I don’t know when they will be coming for installation. As water purifier needs change of filters etc frequently I have genuine doubts about future services in this regard by v guard considering the delay in installation. If they take 4 or 5 days for repair then I have to find other options for drinking water for the time they take to repair. There is no option to return the product there by vgaurd is guarding their money. 😀 their toll free number service is also not reliable. Whenever I want to check my patience level surely I will try their toll free number 😀. I will not buy any product from vgaurd through Amazon now. Hope they may have better service in other places. At last Technitian came after 3 days opened the packet and started installation. While installing he observed that tap to release the purified water is not getting aligned properly due to manufacturing defect. He could not even repair it. Left the product at my home. No action from we guard to take back their product. Contacted Amazon and they told me to wait for 3 days. I feel I am cheated.

Product was good. Installed by masilamani, it was professionally done without any issues with full product information.

V gaurd service is quite average and the parts cost that are provided by V-gaurd like water force controller or pipes used for fitting are very costly. Servicing is only once in 6 months. that is quite long period. it should have been at least once in 3 months.
