Omg get it! So if I eat certain foods especially bread, pasta or rice my body gets constipated. Or if I don’t drink enough water. They taste great which is crazy because they actually work. These chews are very effective in helping calm my stomach after a big meal or a meal that might upset my GERD. The only negative is that they have a bad smell, kinda like spit-up. I think it might be because of the digestive enzymes that naturally occur in both (😂). Once you start chewing there is no smell. They have really helped my weight loss side effects from GLP-1s.

I love these little pills. I have taken a GLP1 for over a year and it rips my stomach up. But these little pills really help. Without them I have terrible gas and bloating, but if I take these every day those things go away. I stopped them to see if they were what was making the terrible gas pain go away, and bam! The pain came back. Both the papaya as nd peppermint are great.

These tablets are great tasting and have helped with gas from cabbage and cauliflower, which seem to be my nemeses!

We have been taking this for probably 5+ years. It helps with my horrible stomach aches every time. Even my not so horrible ones.

The established reviews are congratulatory, however, my gums are old and sensitive. Chewing these acidic tablets caused a inflammatory response, despite using a milk drink chase. Ouch, sore mouth for a fortnight.
