Q: How many full use wine bottles would these hold please

I would think about 6 to 8 bottles , but I would’nt recommend putting a lot of heavy stuff in these bags. Although great for lighter items.

Q: Would these be good for carrying some books?

We used them for clothes but I would imagine they would take the weight of 3 hardback books. The bags are just a bit bigger than A4 paper give you a rough idea of size.
