This product is good and it's really nice taste

I bought this whey protein mainly to support my gym and recovery goals , here's my honest experience after a few weeks of use.

Very bad in digestion and No any strength in it.. Useless
I bought it for the first time and thought it would be good because it was cheap But after taking it, I started having pain in the lower abdomen and my back pain increased a lot. Because this protein does not contain protein, if it had protein then I would not have to face this pain and such a messy digestive system, so in short taking it is like inviting a major physical problem, don't run after the cheap one.

Good protein source
Protein powder is good. It will help stop your craving and keep you full. The flavour is also good . Make sure to use a blender or shake it like 10 to 15 minutes as mentioned or else it will mix due to its thick texture
