I am not satisfied with the product service provider. Tv is superb, if your remote works, but I'm unable to use the tv without remote. The remote is not working anymore. I have contacted to Amazon customer service, they suggested to contact spares team, but no one helped me through proper way. I've claimed an warranty, but nobody has visited my home, but after two days it shows that my problems are solved. I'm totally shocked on this, that, how my problems are solved, even if no one has visited my house? Amazon team, please explain this.

its an ok tv connectivity is good picture quality is ok sound is very good but lags at boot time and has some pop-up ads running at main screen which are irritating.

Worst Service Ever – Don’t Buy This TV! It has been more than 3 months since I received the product, and no one has come for installation yet. The response from the service team has been extremely poor and unprofessional. The TV does not even have a Bluetooth connection, which is very disappointing. This basic feature is missing, and it was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Customer care is not supportive at all. They are not responding properly and are not providing any solution. Overall, this has been the worst experience ever. Completely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I strongly recommend not buying this TV.
