This product is very easy to install, and it looks like it would discourage any car thief from attempting to proceed with stealing my vehicle. and it looks like it was built sturdy

This is heavy, solid metal! (Although the "suction" plate that prevents the wheels from being removed feels like a thinner metal.) The key thing to know is that it gets the job done. Once installed, you cannot remove the wheels and cannot remove the lock unless you have a saw or torch. The mechanism is also very simple: use the removable crank to open/close the jaw and to open/close the plate. The rubber pads are well placed and protect the rims from being scratched/dented. (Although the rubber rim around the plate feels a bit cheap and may not hold up over time). That being said, inserting the crank into either slot is cumbersome. I didn't have anyone to help me record the footage, but it was a bit of a struggle. Then again, maybe I am just uncoordinated haha. The crank also doesn't provide much leverage because of the short length of the section perpendicular to the floor. I found myself having to hold the whole crank and turn rather than just the handle. Pros: -Solid construction -Simple design -Locking mechanism -Effective Cons: -Crank is not the easiest to use -No lock for the plate adjuster -Rubber around the plate is thin For use on a car, maybe it's not so practical. For use on a trailer or RV, it gets the job done effectively!

I purchased this product as an additional security measure for our boat trailer - in addition to a coupler lock. Several boats and PWC's have been stolen, stripped and dumped in our area lately and I couldn't bear the thought of that happening to our beautiful 22' boat. The good news: The product is fairly well made and looks like it will deter all but the most determined thieves. It's made of decent thickness steel and the locks that hold the covers shut over the actual installation / adjustment screws would be hard to pick. Although it might be possible to move the vehicle with this lock installed, it wouldn't be easy or pretty. The not so good news: The yellow paint job - particularly on the round disk that prevents a thief from simply removing the lug nuts and the wheel - is pretty pathetic. It looks like they simply painted over gravel. The unit is also somewhat time consuming to install and remove. (This could be a positive tradeoff for the deterrent value though.) All in all, I think this product has a decent value proposition and should do exactly what I bought it for - deter theft.

I have an older Diesel truck that people want to buy about once a week when I’m out in Home Depot, etc. I got this for when I go places in bad areas and where there are parking garages and a high probability of theft. I am a 69 year old woman and it was a bit of a struggle when I first started to set it up before taking it with me for the first time. I figured it out and it did fit well and was snug. After taking a while to figure it out and get it on properly, I think it will be a lot easier next time when I actually need it. So I do recommend a trial run first. I like the cap for the Lugnuts. It was a snug fit for big tires like my truck, but it did fit well and was adjustable for that purpose. They give you three keys, which was nice in case you lose one or two. It’s a bit heavy and bulky just for carrying around, but then of course you would want something sturdy for this job so no complaints there. I highly recommend it if you have a need for this.

Easy to use light weight fits perfect, the value is good and also because is saving something worth more than what you’re paying for this product, color is good

I am using this on a utility trailer. It's...ok. not the smoothest of operating set ups, but adequate, thus the three stars. The crank won't stay in the slot when opening or closing the unit so that is frustrating. Build is adequate, I was hoping for something a little more substantial for the price. I don't know if I'd purchase this again, but for now, it is serving its purpose. As it stands, it is more a visual deterrent than a high quality physical deterrent to anyone with proper tools. I use this with a tongue lock so between the two, someone would have to be very motivated to steal my trailer.

It was purchased June 30, 2024, and locks broke on January 17, 2026. The unit is not very durable and cheaply made. Someone is better off to spend a little more money and get one that would protect what your locking up.

Easy to fit on the wheel , and looks strong so to a quick glance should put any would be thief off . Not sure if it could withstand a concerted attempt of removal, but looks like it could hold on for a long time. Very heavy and solid.

Mit dem neuen Van in Frankreich gewesen und auch wieder damit nach Hause gefahren, ohne dass er gestohlen wurde. Die Tephlavee immer auf öffentlichen Plätzen innerorts und an Strandparkplätzen genutzt. Nach einigen Malen Nutzung hat man das dann auch schnell raus, wie es am besten an und abgebaut wird. Klar ist das Ding relativ schwer, dafür aber auch stabil. Ich würde es wieder kaufen. Empfehlung!

Die Radkealle ist aus Metall, ohne scharfe Kanten und mit Schaumgummi Profilen um Beschädigungen vorzubeugen. Sie ist einfach anzubringen und auch wieder abzumachen. Die helle Farbe weißt direkt drauf hin, dass man das Auto nicht einfach wegfahren kann. Ich finde das Produkt super praktisch, da es schnell im anbringen ist und das Fahrzeug optimal geschützt ist. Mein Mann hat sich darüber auch sehr gefreut. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen und nutzen dies weiterhin.
