Taste is great no complaints from my 5 year okd. Quality is good, my daughter maintains high energy all day. The texture is soft as long as maintained in room temp. Absorption works right away. The value is very affordable especially in this inflated economy.

We keep getting sent Biotin instead of B12. We finally had to turn off the subscription. When they send the right product, it’s great. But it’s awful when they don’t.

so I got these for myself, I am an adult with a b12 deficiency like to the point where my dr is having me get shots but those hurt so I am taking the chewables daily to hopefully stop getting shots when my levels elevate again. the dose is 1000 mg for 2 of the chewable gummies, which is the same as an adult dose (I was taking the nature made b12 chewables before I got these to try) and yea the dose is exactly the same. so if you give to kids make sure that is safe and all that. I like the sugar coating on the outside, I do not eat a lot of candy these days and I also do not have any issues with sugar so I do not mind it, for vegetarian gummies the sugar helps keep them from sticking to each other since the non gelatin stabilizers can be stickier to the touch. so yea im an adult and I like these, give them a try if you also are feeling that end of winter slump cause it could be a deficiency
