The media could not be loaded. I’m embarrassed to say I initially left a two star review prior to realizing it was user error in assembly. I hope that this review replaces my initial one. First, as you open the box to find the mirror is scratched up like crazy. Relax, there’s a protective film that you’ll simply need to peel off to reveal your new mirror. Secondly, when assembling the mirror be sure the the barrel piece goes in-between the mirror and backing and then your will screw the caps on each end of the barrel. It is critical that the barrel goes in between the mirror and backing, as this spacing is what allows the lights to illuminate the entire sign as pictured.Lastly, you can press a button inside the frame where the sticker indicates that you can change the lighting.

I recently purchased multiple mirrors from this company for my children as Christmas gifts, and I have to say, it was an absolute disaster. This has been the worst product I have ever received, and I strongly advise you to avoid it at all costs.To begin with, the product I received looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The pictures showcased a beautiful, sturdy mirror, but what I got was a flimsy, low-grade imitation. The material used was incredibly cheap and bendable.But it doesn't stop there. The mirrors were not only of poor quality, but they were also dirt and scratched all over. Yes, you read that right. Each mirror was covered in smudges and scuffed all over the surface.I had high hopes for these mirrors as Christmas gifts, and it breaks my heart to admit that I was left utterly disappointed. The excitement I had to surprise my children with something wonderful quickly turned into sadness and regret.Save yourself the trouble and do not waste your hard-earned money on this product. Your expectations will not be met, and you will only be left with a feeling of frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise you to explore other options and find a mirror that will actually live up to its promises.

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to install and put together. The lights are great and the pattern can be changed. I like it! It's a good value for the price. It IS a mirror...so if it's dropped it WILL crack as you can see mine but I replaced it and have ordered 3 of these in all. I am very pleased!

I own a hair salon and thought this would be a fun light up mirror. I'm getting a lot of compliments on the mirror. But unfortunately the bottom right hand corner was broken when I got it. It does light up good, but there is not a remote for this as they show in the video. You have to press on the back of the mirror to figure out what setting that you want it to be. It's fun, flashy and I'm glad that I bought it as I recently remodeled my hair salon and my clients love it. I just wish that the corner wasn't broken when I received it.

This is a gift to my mom with all her kids name on it. Such a cute gift. Easy to install.

The light strip is only in one place so any writing anywhere else on the sign does not light up. And the "mirror look" front has a lot of scratches on it.

First, this took exactly 40 days from the date of order to the day of arrival.Second, the box it was shipped in was totally crushed. I would think customs trashed it. But whatever.Third, just like everyone else's products, it was all scratched up. Some gouging.Fourth, the backing plate is cracked. In 2 pieces.Fifth, the LED strip is useless. Maybe about 12 inches long. Not covering enough space.Sixth, it's missing some hardware.Other than that, it was a waste of money. I could have made one way bower than this for cheaper.
