Bought for my parents very easy to set up and very easy to use. Great for emergencies

The buttons are good but I expected to get this and leave a person at home and go shopping for them but it's only suitable for in the home or if you live across the road or next door so it's my own fault for not reading it correctly but also one of the things don't work but what do I expect for a cheap price
