I have been taking this for a month now out of curiosity about Tongkat Ali. I don't have any problems down there so I didn't think this supplement was going to do much, but I was definitely wrong.I've read multiple forum posts and articles stating that a person should take 2 grams of 1:200 extract per day with 5 days on and 2 days off to see the maximum benefit, so I ignored the instructions on the bottle and did this with 3 capsules a day which comes to 1800mg slightly less than 2 grams.Towards the end of the first 5 days, I noticed my libido going through the roof, a much more stable mood, and erections that were ridiculously hard. On the first 2 days off, the effects went down but not by much. The 3 additional 5 day periods taking it that the bottle lasted me, the effects got stronger and stronger with each 5-day cycle and I started having noticeable fat loss and muscle gain.Excited to get my next bottle and see how strong the effects become. Definitely would recommend.

I started taking this supplement after learning of the positive effects of Tongkat Ali from the podcast of a popular health expert. Within only a few weeks of taking it, I felt the effects as advertised by the health expert and on the bottle. Less fatigue, better mood, and greater vitality. I'm in my mid thirties and my bloodwork is better than it was in my mid twenties. I can't say for certain this supplement is the cause but it certainly feels like it. Highly recommend this especially considering the price. Great quality, good price, fast shipping. Overall excellent seller and product.

Review of Tongkat Ali for Men by VH Nutrition.I've been taking this for about 1 month. It seems to give me better energy/strength and especially better mental focus. It also improves the libido. Not sure if it helps with erections. I also have not noticed it affecting sleep at all. Taking 2 capsules a day, the recommended dose, does seem to work. It's not a dramatic difference, but it is noticeable and I will continue taking it. So far I've seen no negative side effects, just benefits. This is one of the few supplements that I can tell it's making a difference. And the product appears to be high quality; I do wish the capsules felt a little smoother. They seem a little bit sticky or not smooth on the outside, and are very light, which makes them a bit hard to swallow sometimes. All in all, I like the benefits and can deal with the very slight drawbacks. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Longjack has long been used as a supplement across the globe for the exact purpose listed. It is best taken over time and consistently, so keep up on doses. It will help if you have the common signs of a lower testosterone male. It will also help if you have normal or high levels and you want to take it to another level. You do not have to worry about side effects. You do not have to worry about effects after you are done with your bottle. You do not have to worry if you stop, but why would you. Great product, great price, great company. I would give 6 stars but they only gave me 5.

I’m giving this 3 stars because the product itself is very good. The reason it’s not getting 5 stars is due to the poor, inaccurate label advice. Label indicates serving size is 2 capsules/1200mg (600mg per capsule). However, a faq of capsule dose yields a manufacturer response of 500mg. Further, recommended dosage instruction included on label indicates 1 serving (2 capsules) twice daily, which would yield 2400mg (if following label advice), or 2000mg (if following faq advice). Four capsules per day as recommended would appear to be too much, at least by my standards. And I can’t bring myself to believe that this dosage advice is accurate, seeing how the manufacturer was not accurate with the dose per capsule. I find it highly irresponsible to make this product available for sale knowing that the labeled dose is wrong and not making an effort to re-label the bottles. People need to know exactly what they are ingesting without having to consult an online faq section.
