The sofa box contains the hex ratcheting tool, which makes a significant difference in assembling this set, especially if you don't have your own tools to assist. We put the coffee table together first and that taught us to pay attention to the screw holes. Taking it apart so the hinge on the lid had somewhere to attach to wasn't fun, but made the rest of the set easier to put together. We put the love seat and chairs together in the afternoon, then completed the sofa the next morning. It is time-consuming, but if you pay attention to the pictures you'll have no problem. They seem comfortable and stable and look very nice. Each piece has its own cover, which is a definite plus! The sofa and love seat come with bolster pillows, a nice touch! It's still coldish here in Utah, but I am excited to put this set on our covered back deck. Bottom lines: Love it so far and no swear words were uttered putting it together.

arrived ahead of schedule. 4 pkgs across 2 days which was great. put the couch together one day. loveseat and chairs the next day.I can't speak for what other reviewers received. but I've read stuff about holes not lining up, the tools provided being crap, taking forever to assemble, ...I have a good selection of tools to choose from, but I chose to use what came with the furniture. I thought the ratchet was fine and thoughtfully sized. when my hand was in the tightest space or most awkward (not many of these at all), the ratchet was sized to be able to move fully. a flat wrench is a flat wrench. you absolutely could use your own, but it is not required and should not dissuade anyone.in terms of the holes not lining up, I'll guess that people fully tightened at each step. I would suggest that you look at the upcoming steps, see where pieces are coming together, get them all assembled loosely, and then tighten all the nuts and bolts across the multiple steps.in terms of the set taking a lot of time to assemble, OK what do you expect?? seating for 7 for $600-ish. sweat equity.the chairs are substantial and look good. we've had very heavy rains and wind, including an EF3 tornado less than 5 miles away. the chairs did not budge. the chairs are not highback. but I like being able to sit back and stretch my arm out along the back.just so this doesn't sound like a vine love fest, I'll say 3 things. first, while I appreciate the efficiency of the packing, shoving some of the cushions inside of the cavities was too much/tight. getting them out compromised the cushion filler.second, the back cushions aren't my favorites. the lumbar pillows even less a favorite.third, the covers are underwhelming. but I appreciate that they were included and I am using them.I would recommend this to friends. or strangers. but I'd want them to read this review and other reviews so they can make the right decision for themselves.I think it is a lot of good stuff for $600-ish.

It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to see how the furniture held up. Overall, I love the set and it fits perfectly on my patio. The color is beautiful and vibrant. I just love looking out of my window and seeing how pretty it looks.Pros: extremely comfortable and sturdy, the covers come in so handy when it rains, so far to see cushions have held up in color Even though we have hot sunny summers.Cons: the furniture took several days to assemble, there was not one piece that did not need assembly, the small throw cushions faded after a couple of weeks in the sun.

Very nice set. Took about 8 days to get all 4 boxes. The instructions are very good. Easy to put together. I'm in love with the color. The sell was so good and wrote me back right away. I got to boxes right away and it took a bit long for the next 2. Amazon is limited in being able to provid all boxs shipping but sell will. Worth it by it.

Very impressed with quality, style, and cushion comfort! The back pillows refluff as soon as you raise forward.The overall building process took 4 days due to shipping wasn’t all at once. I received all of my boxes (4total) between the next day after I placed my order til the 4th day. I did receive them all before the tracking even updated with a date of FedEx delivery.I did go to Homegoods and purchase some additional pillows just to offset so much solid coloring. (The light grey is actually regular grey ). A nice rug and a couple side tables and this will be completely what we wanted for our conversation area.( 1st photo at night)

This is an amazing value for the price! It took us approximately six hours to assemble all items, but instructions were easy to follow and quality of each piece was very good. We will love spending time relaxing on this outdoor set as we enjoy our new rear yard landscape.

Because I have to enter something. Building the furniture is very difficult because the furniture is poorly made. Tried contacting vendor for return but the cost of return is more than the cost of the furniture, given that the product is defective the return should be on the vendor
