When I was searching for a suitable sofa for my home, I was very confused, I checked lots of different models, after lots of finding I found this one, after ordering it, got a message from the seller after 3 days, they answered all the queries whichever I had, and suggested me whichever will be better. I was very confused about the coushioning, I was looking for a soft one but which will be comfortable also. They cleared every question and started processing the order.Got the delivery of the order exactly on time, and the installation was very easy, unfortunately I got the wrong size kit for the installation, but, I managed, I am using it for around 2 months now, it's quality is excellent, finishing is excellent, and the cushion is awesome and very comfortable. Wood quality and polishing is very good.It's an excellent purchase, so, very very happy with the purchase.I want to thanks Vinod Handicrafts and Amazon for this product and ontime delivery, who are looking for a wooden sofa just give it a try, you will love the product.

wooden frame n cushion was good but colour was so sensitive. Have to handle so carefully.

Firstly i don't have any idea where to purchase good quality furniture,so with lot of confusion i have ordered in Amazon from vinod handicrafts. Once I have placed the order after two days i got call from seller for enquiring about (what type of wood polish required & what type of cushion colour we want like ), seriously they were meticulously caring each and every small thing to statisfy a customer. Finally a Superb fine quality and stylish sofa set i got . Thanks a lot to vinod handicrafts

Poor quality of the seating , uneven in the floor after fixing

Cushion material foam is rock hard and not at all comfortable to sit. It should have been softer. The seller is advised to make the seating comfortable by using high density but softer foam of a good company. Another problem with the sitting cushions is that they are shorter in depth and the wooden part of sofa is exposed in the front. Proper designing and measurement is lacking.

Seller was very cooperative. This 3 seater sofa comes with tools to assemble it by yourself. Looks very classy and elegant and has space for storing books and magazines on both the sides.
