Because it was designed for kids who can be very abrasive with their items – there’s nothing wrong with buying one for yourself to use or give one to an adult. Being you’re not a youngster does not mean you do not drop things from time to time..If it’s good enough for kids it’s good enough for me. I like the fact that it’s lightweight, was easy to put on, carry it around and many colors to choose . My otterbox brand was getting too heavy. The fact that this has a screen protector put it over the top, & many colors are available. Worth it! 5 Stars

This is my second ipad mini cover of this type. I am an adult and no children ever touch my ipad. I use it extensively for driving Uber, and I am pretty rough on it. It's a critical tool for my work, and it's great! It protects the ipad from shock and screen breakage. The cover is light weight but tough. My soon to be retired ipad is still in pristine. I am upgrading only because I need the current ios version. Regardless of the user's age, buy this! Pro-tip: don't install upside down. As a bonus, I suspect that it's less of a theft target because the color appears childish. LOL.

The protection is great as it’s covered all around. Comes with a plastic screen protector but the case it’s self is hard plastic which takes the hit first if dropped. I do still have an additional screen protector on it, but even like that the case fits perfectly. The handle makes it easy to carry around. Easy to install, great bang for your buck!

I highly recommend this case for the iPad mini 4th generation. It fits very tightly around the iPad and the screen protector with it is great. The case is made up of foam and very light. I love that you can carry it by the handle or use the handle to prop it up. There is a little glare on the screen protector but it is not noticeable while it is turned on. The case is way better than the one the kids Amazon fire comes with. It stands a little bid higher too.

Good case for little kids. It’s the perfect size for my young son and I love the handle/stand. It comes with a built in screen protector which is great but my one complaint is that the screen protector seems to not be clear in some areas. Good case for the price.

The case is sturdy and protects our iPad effectively. The handle doubles as a kickstand, which is a useful feature.

This case is designed for (but not limited to) kids. Bought it to replace an old Beetle hard case that the buttons had eventually broken off after several years. I only use my old ipad mini as a lightweight e-reader nowadays so no need for a military grade case anymore. This case is made out of a thick hard styrofoam-type plastic/rubber material that wraps around the ipad with large cutouts for the jacks and buttons. It is shock resistant but not weatherproof or waterproof. My main reasons for choosing this one was that it has a decent screen protector built in and the price was right. It has a handle that pivots which I did not expect to like. However, I am surprised that it is really functional and the handle provides different position options that take some stress off my arthritic hands. Fine for sitting on and occasionally falling off the nightstand. I am happy with the purchase.

Broke and shattered an iPad mini at first drop. No protection at all.

Impecable. Supongo que las personas que dicen que no corresponde al tamaño es porque no quitan la parte de plástico interna que está aquí para mantener la forma y adaptar a algún otro tamaño. Quitando esta parte y poniéndolo como toca (impele insertando en al sentido equivocado.. y he podido hacerlo salvo que no encajaba bien) , se puede usar el ipad bien y está protegido, además el asa puede servir de soporte .yo tengo un ipad 2 antiguo

Bien que jolie, j'aurai sans doute du choisir une autre couleur comme par exemple le bleu ciel mais qui n'était pas présenté lors de mon achat. J'espère que le choix fait satisfera ma petite fille....

I have bought 2 of these, they are very lightweight, strong rubbery foam type material, fitted the ipad’s into them easily & quickly, not too bulky however great protection for the ipad’s & pretty looking cases In eye catching colours for the children , happy with the purchase 👍
