The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing set. I started doing Barbell hip thrusts again and more comfortably. The cable bands work wonderfully for cable glute kicks back as well as the fabric stretchable bands. Will order again for sure. Thank you so much!!

I love to workout and sometimes the accessories in the gym are being used at the moment I need them, or are beat up. I invested in having my own and these were a fantastic choice! I use the bar pad for hip thrusts and squat variations, and I use the cuffs for medial kickbacks. The bands are great for warming up before workouts and come in multiple resistances. Love this set! 💓

The bag didn’t last long. The cushion isn’t as thick to do hip thrusts with for me personally, still able to use though. Everything else is great.
