VERBDry Shampoo Dark Tones

It works! I use it on my daughter's hair if it is oily in the mornings. I have purchased it 3 times.

I have been using this for years and don't see myself using anything but. For me, it is far superior to other dry shampoo.

I like this dry shampoo but even though it’s for dark hair it comes out white and leaves a powdery look which doesn’t look very good for people with darker hair. It’s also very hard at first to get it to spray out. I bought several cans at a time and they have all done that.

I'd pretty much given up on dry shampoos years ago, as what I tried (many brands, all prices) did nothing to extend time between hair washings. Also, most of them left light colored residue (I have dark red hair).Big Sexy Hair dry shampoo did sorta work (and gave some volume) -- but I stopped using it because it's quite spendy for the amount you get, which would be tolerable, if the nozzle did not malfunction every time with nearly half the can unused. MeH.Then I found VERB Dry Shampoo Dark! I love it! I have waist-length, slightly oily hair that normally needs washed every 3rd day. It's fine in texture and there's a lot of it.VERB actually gives me that extra day between washings, gives more volume at the roots, AND does not leave a white residue. Here are the steps I follow and it works every time:1) Apply mousse to damp hair and blow dry (I love GOLDWELL Ultravolume Top Whip 4!)2) Spray VERB Dry Shampoo Dark on roots and concentrate at the crown/back3) Style hair (I generally straighten it but sometimes use a triple waver for fun)4) Spray in and around with a good texturizer. (VERB Volume Dry Texture Spray is the best I've found)5) Final touches as needed, then if using hairspray, I go lightly with Big Sexy Hair Spray & PlayI have the most gorgeous hair of my life ...and it only took decades to find the right combo!

I’ll start off by saying I’m a wash my hair everyday person (ver fine oily hair) but I use dry shampoo occasionally for volume or even to go an extra day between washes. This is by far the best dry shampoo I’ve used. Other brands I’ve tried have left my hair dry and/or white at the roots. This stuff takes all my oily ness away but without stripping away all moisture from my scalp and leaves no residue or white cast behind on my dark hair either. I have a sensitive scalp and this has caused no irritation whatsoever. My hair is so soft after using this as well. I’ve found some other brands leave my hair feeling gritty and cause lots of tangles in the back of my very fine hair but this does none of that! Highly recommend!

It works great for its intended use. Sucks up the oils. But it leaves your hair a little stiff and it DOES leave white residue. It leaves my dark hair looking brown with a pale mask over it. Like I just dumped white powder over it. I know how to use it so it’s not that I’m not applying it correctly.

First, let me say, I love VERB products and I have four in my regular rotation. This gets such good reviews and I do not understand that at all. I keep wondering if I got some kind of defective product.First of all it comes out peach, and at first I thought I hadn’t shaken the bottle so I shook it over and over for like five minutes and then I tried it again, but nope still peach and almost white. Then I thought well I’ll go ahead and use it, and maybe it’ll do something magical in my hair. Nope. It’s that weird peach and then overtime. It turns white. Then hours later it’s still coming off on my clothes.I don’t really understand how this is the dark, but it clearly says dark on the bottle.It’s really disappointing and they won’t take it back.So, if you have peach hair, you should definitely get this otherwise… Keep looking and let me know if you find something great!

My daughters and I have used this product for years, and love it! It's the only dry shampoo we have found that works without leaving an odor on your hair, or white powder behind. I only rated it lower for traveling, because I couldn't take this size on a plane. Would love to see it come in a travel size!

Mon shampooing sec préféré !!!! Et de loin!!!! Il fonctionne à merveille, il aide avec mes cheveux gras. Même lorsqu’ils sont très gras il réussi à rendre les cheveux beaux! Et en plus il ne laisse pas de trace blanche dessus. J’en ai essayé d’autre et je n’ai jamais été autant satisfaite qu’avec lui!

After trying dozens of dry shampoos over the years, i’m so glad i found this one. My hair is dark & i always struggled with either dark residue coming off on my hands, my hair turning white, or just leaving my hair oily… but this one is perfect

This dry shampoo isn’t really great for dark hair, it’s does have a hint of brown, but it does offer a lot of volume and makes my hair look great. I am able to wear my hair down confidently with this dry shampoo.

Much better price than the salon for the same product. Amazon is the way to go!

Smells quite nice, left white residue marks even at the specified distance away from hair. I have a medium brown hair colour and was surprised the white marks were noticeable. I found it wasn’t that effective at absorbing oil and helping between washes.
