We’ve been using this lock for about a month and I’m obsessed. As a mom of two littles, my hands are always full, so digging for keys at the bottom of my purse with my arms full of babies and bags was not it. The fingerprint feature makes getting inside that much easier. It works quickly and reliably, we’ve had zero issues, and my husband installed it without any drama. It was super easy to program (despite what some reviews say), and it looks great on our door. It also feels very sturdy and well made. If you’re tired of fumbling with keys, this is 100% worth it.

I purchased this front door lock to replace the original that came with the house. I really like the convenience of being able to use finger print, punch code or standard key for entry. Installation was straight forward and easy. I did need to enlarge the inset in the door jam for the striker plate as the original was a bit smaller. I stumbled a little trying to program the fingerprint and punch code until I understood that the sequence to enter the codes need to be followed exactly . The diagram in addition to the written instructions led me to the correct sequence of numbers to use. It is a very nice door lock set. I was looking for and antique brass but settled on this model and I am glad that I did as it looks very nice after installation. The lock activates perfectly with the fingerprint scan or the punch code and the dead bolt does not bind when activating or retracting. What a pleasure that I no longer need to fumble with a key to gain access to our house through the front door. Initially I have the dead bolt to auto lock at 30 seconds. I may end up reprograming this to a shorter time. It is very usefull having that option.

I’m honestly really happy with this Veise Fingerprint Door Lock! It looks so sleek on my front door with the matte black finish—definitely gives it that modern, upgraded vibe. Install was a bit of a struggle—not gonna lie, the instructions weren’t super clear and it took me a little while to get everything lined up and working. But once it’s on, it fits perfectly and feels really solid and high-quality. It also beeps. A lot. Like when you press buttons, lock, unlock… it’s kinda loud and caught me off guard. Thankfully, there’s a silent mode, which I turned on right away, and now it’s totally fine. Durability-wise, it feels super sturdy and well-made—definitely doesn’t feel cheap, which I was a little nervous about at this price point. Speaking of price—the value is amazing. You’re getting fingerprint access, a keypad, auto-lock, and a clean modern look without spending a ton. Once I got through the setup and silenced the beeping, it’s been working perfectly. I am obsessed with this door lock! It was super easy to install. I I installed this in 20° weather and it took no time our QR codes with the instructions that have videos that are super easy to follow. There are adjustments for if the circular hole you have is longer or shorter than expected. It's a perfect size and there were zero connectivity issues with the padlock and the automatic lock part. There is zero delay in the fingerprint triggering the door automatically unlocking! It is very durable and seems to be made with quality material. It fit the pre-drilled hole that we already had in the door so the adjustments came in handy because the circular hole that was previously drilled in was shorter than I expected it to be. If yours is farther out on the door, you should be able to adjust it and it would lineup perfect. The lock quality is great, these materials don't seem to be cheap and yet this was a really good deal on this. The fingerprint is super easy to put on there and it also comes with instruction videos on how to do that there's also instructions for resetting your lock code as well as doing one time code. You can put it on silent mode, which will silence the sound that the keypad makes when you are entering the numbers or you can leave it as it is, but it's super easy to switch on and off. My favorite feature is the autolock after about 30 seconds of unlocking the door and will walk back which is super convenient in case you forget to lock your door or if you're in a rush and don't have time to put the key in I would highly recommend the door lock. I have never installed a door lock, and this was beyond easy so if I can do it, anyone can do it. I highly recommend this product!

We just replaced our front exterior door and purchased the Veise Fingerprint Door Lock with 2 Lever Handles. The lock set is impressive--made well, looks innovative and nice, easy to install and an outstanding value. The installation and programming directions were excellent and easy to follow. It took me about 1/2 an hour to install, and 15 minutes to program. While programming the keypad codes, I had two codes that wouldn't work no matter what I did. I called the customer service number on the directions and spoke with a rep immediately that knew the product inside and out. I was quickly "walked" through a diagnostic procedure to make sure that the lock was functioning properly. When I described my issue, the rep asked me if the codes that I am trying to enter are part of the master code that I changed (sequence of numbers). My answer was yes--problem solved. The rep explained that I have two choices--not use the keypad codes that are part of the master code, or reset the lock and select a different master code. I would give customer service an A+. From start to finish, purchasing this lock has been a tremendous experience. I highly recommend this product and am so pleased that I just purchased another one for my garage door.

I love this keypad lock! Easy to install, easy to set & reset, and I haven't run out of battery. I try to change those quarterly, if curious. You may find that wet/sweaty hands don't work for well on the fingerpad, but the fingerpad is reliable. When the door is not aligned with the frame, the lock will take 3 attempts to lock and then flash red. If your door frame isn't reinforced with a metal plate on the deadbolt, consider adding one
