I see mixed reviews that say they can’t smell this oder remover compared to more expensive one from Shark and the ones who can’t smell the neutralizer give it a 1. I was on their side and was upset and thinking “you get what you pay for” as the ones made by Shark are more expensive for only 2. I have my Shark HP302 because our house is being cleaned due to smoke damage. I am willing to bet I used the unit in a more severe situation than most anyone else with the original product from Shark. I am now in an Air BnB and I brought my shark HP302 with me. This house has dirty carpeting, smelly furniture, smelly washing machine, and air quality outside is not very good, smells the same as the carpeting and furniture in this house. I was upset that i ordered these and can’t smell anything from them. I watched someone’s review on the Shark Never Change that said a good air purifier should not need an odor neutralizer. He said take it out. I did that for one week and I put it back in because this Air BnB smells like a dirty baseball field dugout without this odor neutralizer in it. With the odor neutralizer in it the house doesn’t smell at all. Who is right and who is wrong? Before coming to this AirBnB, I talked to the owner of a smoke damage remediation company about how I fired a remediation company because they had their industrial strength air scrubbers in our house for 15 days and didn’t help at all and made our smoke damaged house smell even worse. He said it’s because they didn’t properly maintain the filters and most likely didn’t have any odor neutralizer because the filter only cleans the air. It doesn’t clean the surfaces. It doesn’t clean dirty carpeting, dirty furnace filter, dirty furniture. He says you need a odor neutralizer to divert your brain from the smell of surfaces in the house. I’m giving this a 5 and i’m going to say anyone complaining might expect their Shark Never Change Air Purifier to actually clean their house when they themselves need to start cleaning their house. Either that or don’t buy an air purifier at all and just use lysol or fabreeze.

Easy to install/remove and the smell is exact to the original. They seem to be lasting just as long as the ones that came with the machines.

I was happy to have found these replacements but have gone through 3 of them in 2 months. Not once have I detected any scent from any of them and I'm sure the unused replacements are without a scent as well. The original scent puck that came with my vacuum had just the right amount of scent that left such a fresh and clean smell without being perfumey or overbearing. I was looking for a more cost effective alternative to the original ones but sadly, these were a legitimate waste of money. This is some weak aftermarket stuff and you're better off going straight to the Shark vacuum website to get what you're after.

These fit my Shark vacuum odor neutralizer device hoping they will emit a pleasant clean odor as the original one.

Purchase price on Shark website is two for $19.99. This was an awesome deal for these cartridges. Had to put in the serial number to find them. Love the mild scent when vacuuming.

It’s ok dose the job but wish the smell was stronger.
