I needed to wallow out a muzzle brake for a 50 Beowulf to fit over the barrel and this is hardened steel. The Machinist that did the first work said that it was really hard and then he wouldn't do any more, so I had to do it by hand and these really work well. They don't tear up real easy they're very good quality and they last a long time it's a good deal.

ANYONE GIVING THIS PRODUCT 3,4 OR 5 STARTS IS A SHILL !!!!! Using the smaller diameter grinding wheel with my Dremel and guide to sharpen 3 mower blades, 2 edges each. One wheel disintegrated before the first edge was done and 2 more had the adhesive holding the wheel to the shaft come undone before the second edge was done. Never had that happen in years of using grinding wheels. 4 grinding wheels to sharpen one blade. Continuing with the 4th wheel and letting it cool frequently, made it thru the first edge on the second blade and wore too thin on the second edge & had to be replaced. 5th grinding wheel, even with frequent cooling had the adhesive give way on the 3rd blade first edge. 6th grinding wheel, frequent cooling just made it thru the 2nd edge but is wore too thin to use again. So, 6 grinding wheel, 2 worn out, 1 disintegrate and 3 had the adhesive between the grinding wheel and the shaft fail. Along the way the shafts kept slipping in the holder and damaged the guide I was using. It will have to be replaced. I never had that happen before either AND it was always tightened hard. You be the judge if this is sufficient quality, I will be returning the lot and will buy official Dremel replacement in the future.

They work very well for me to sharpen lawn mower blades. The width of the stones is very close to the sharpened area on my blades.

Ik gebruik dit om moeilijk, met schuurpapier af te schuren, hoekjes en kantjes van oude verf te ontdoen. Dit in combinatie met de Dremel stalen borsteltjes. Bv deuren van keukenkasten met motieven in. Je moet wel oppassen dat je heel gelijkmatig schuurt want anders krijg je putjes en vervormde motieven. Naargelang welke aanwezige oude verf, blijft deze vlug op de slijpsteentjes hangen waardoor ze niet meer schuren/slijpen. Je kan ze proberen wat proper te maken maar meestal is het wegsmijten.
