Good product
This is a superior product, great quality, flavour and crunchy texture. I decanted into mason jar and product stayed fresh. Would definitely purchase again.

Lacking sweetness
Ginger is a bit strong, a little more sweetness would be better. Overall, a good buy.

Can you eat 1kg in 7 days ?
Great product but 1kg which had to be used within 7 days of opening 🤣

Not the best
The price is good, but the product is not the best. The colour is a pale fleshy pink instead of red -- and beni shoga should be a strong red colour. The taste is kind of bland. The huge size of the bag is problematic. I've put it all in a huge Kilner jar and it's keeping well in the fridge. Not sure I want to buy it again, though it was okay as a one-off.

Very good deal!
This is a huge bulk deal! It tastes as expected. You can keep it in the fridge after opening for about 2-3 weeks, but not longer than that. So, I made aliquots in the cling wrap and froze down. Yes, you can store it at -20. When I need it, I thaw one aliquot and use it.

It tastes like sushi shoga not beni shoga
I wanted to buy beni shoga for okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and Inari. But it has sweetness like sushi shoga. When I bought this brand a year ago, it tasted ok so company must have changed ingredients.
