well and above what work give you
I work in bucket trucks and cooling towers so this is oerfect for me. I got tired of work handing me a $20 helmet and saying "we gave you PPE. well, yes but. so i took my safty into my own hands and got this. the padding and webbing inside is actualy comfortable. fits like a glove and the head lamp is very nice. a lot of my work is done in the dark or dark and confind areas so no brim and a light make a huge diffrence. PPE only works if people use it.

Painful straps over your ears
Horrible. No way to shift the straps enough to not have them pulling on your ears, and ripping your ear lobes off if the hat gets hit and shifted. Returning immediately. Terrible straps. Spent an hour trying to adjust before returning and then concluded there is just no way to shift them enough to clear ears.

Do you have big ears?
Great light! Magnetic base is killer. Straps were a bit restrictive around the ear where the junction is. Interior suspension is very comfy and extremely adjustable.
