Low quality product - not recommended

Pls. Do not buy this product, I ordered for 14-15 years, but it is small for my son who is 12 years, also the product shown in image and tge one delivered is wrong, unable to return either and tried calling Amazon customer care for 3-4 times but of no use than keeping the call on hold for 15-20 minutes...
